So you have gotten some back or not? They did a refund for us in 2 separate transactions once. We just had to keep an eye on our card account to make sure the total was correctly credited. And like @SpeedNoodlessays, 7 - 10 business days, can sometimes almost be 3 weeks in total days.

Our experience was much better than this. Wednesday, January 5 - sent in renewal applications for expedited processing with express return. Monday, January 10 - checks were cashed and passport processing was in progress according to tracker on website. Saturday, January 22 - got my USPS informed delivery notifications that the items were on the way with an expected delivery date of January 26. Website said the passports were approved and would be sent shortly. Tuesday, January 25 - passports in hand. Just 20 days start to finish, including transit time both directions.

It's in your post. Any Abbott brand test administered on site by a pharmacy technician or other health professional is accepted. This includes the common Abbot ID NOW test administered by many pharmacies. The test provider must provide you with a proper results document (no handwritten notes). You'll get an email with your results and all the info Royal needs.

You can remove them from the brown box, just don't open the individual test kit until told to by the proctor. Don't know about planes/TSA, but for our pre-cruising needs, we kept them physically with us in our backpacks. That way we know we always had them.
