  1. So finally finished, just to find out the Royal would NOT honor my reservation for a Lift and Shift. I "bought" the cruise with Marriott Vacation Club Points, and Royal told our TA that it was purchased under a certain promotion that was not eligible. I could definitely shift it, but it would've cost me another $650 to move it (kinda defeats the purpose of the Lift and Shift program). So, I did not Lift and Shift, I'll cruise if I can (in August) or take the FCCs if it's cancelled... (Too much way-too-fine print I guess). ? I feel for my TA who spent 2.5 hours working this.
  2. I'm trying for the 4th time to get L&S. I get thru to the TA quick enough, it's just the long, ridiculously long, hold times for her to get thru to RCCL. Been on hold since 10:05am; we'll see. ?
  3. Phone died... no answer yet. RCCL lines must be flooded ?. I may try again tomorrow.

  5. Currently onhold now while my TA contacts RCCL. We'll see what happens.
  6. Received (after asking on RCCL on FB Messenger) my FCC for my 3/12 Indy Cancellation. I had to call my TA and they called Royal to get the Certificate Numbers; then my TA had to call Groups (at Royal) to get the Value. So, all in all, I got to apply them to a September Cruise. Now, I'm waiting for the Cruise Planner Purchases to be refunded from that cruise. Finding that if your TA books you through groups to get you a good rate, seems to make it harder for RCCL to peel your refunds/credit out and it takes longer. That's been my experience (and what I've been told by the RCCL folks). The people I've dealt with thru the FB Messenger at RCCL have been nothing short of awesome; they're passing on a very tough message, but have always responded to me in a pretty timely manner given what I'm sure is a very fluid and crazy situation. I'm hoping that after all of this, that my September cruise on Navigator actually sails!
  7. @Vacation Crazy I received my refund for Cruise Planner items (DBP and Voom) cancellation (that I executed on 04/22) for my 13 Dec Cruise last night!! Now... I still haven't received my refund for the Cruise Planner Purchases from 3/10 yet, but... ?
  8. I received my refund for the Cruise Planner purchases last night (cancelled on 4/22 for 12/13 Cruise)... still no refund for cruise I cancelled on 3/10 for a 3/12 Cruise) ?
  9. Nothing yet... I'm assuming it'll get crushed into the backlog with all the other refunds... I'm still waiting for my Cruise Planner refunds from 3/10 cancellations.
  10. Still nothing for me... Mine's a little different in that I cancelled my 3/12 Reservation under Cruise with Confidence (100% FCC). Hoping I'll see something this by early May
  11. You are VERY LUCKY... I was just told thru the RCCL Messenger that they've made several errors and that I will not get my FCC (from my 3/16 cancelled cruise) for another 2 weeks (yesterday they promised it today) AND I will not get my Cruise Planner refund for another 30 days due to an internal error. I recommend, that everyone take the promised days and double (or triple) them. I wouldn't be so frustrated if I hadn't been told each time I asked that it was "processed and being sent out". ?
  12. Yep... no refund from my Cruise Planner Re-book. I'm assuming it's going to be lumped in with the rest; 30+ days. But, I'll advise when it shows up!

  14. I cancelled on 3/10 for a 3/12 Cruise. I received a confirmation of the cancellation of my Cruise Planner purchases on 3/11, but, haven't received the money back to my account. I have NOT received anything regarding my FCC. RCCL told me that it was officially processed my cancellation on 3/21... waiting....
  15. I actually ended up seeing $41 for the DBP for my Dec 13 FOS Sailing yesterday, so, I cancelled (who knows when I'll see that refund) and repurchased it.
  16. We're doing a B2B (4 day then 3 day) on Navigator in September. Our replacement for our lost Indy Cruise in March.
  17. I'm curious as to when the Amplifications will start back up... scheduled for 2 cruises on Explorer next year...
