Since covid its on board reservations only.

Personally for our nov 27th we were told we need to check in again and get a new time.

We were told we check to check in again on our new date and the time we had is not saved for us.

Royql told us we need to re check in and no longer have our 1pm slot

So we had past our original final payment date so I expected OBC. But since they changed the final payment date recently we ended up with 300$ refund! #winning

What happens if they reprice after final payment, you get OBC but then the cruise gets cancelled lets say. When you get your refund will you be out the difference. Example. Paid 2700 Drops to 2400. 300 OBC then cancelled. Do you only get 2400$ refund?

My TA is looking into this now. It dropped about 350$ and they are not wanting to give us the OBC. Its with resolutions now. Anyone know if anything changes if you paid for it with a fcc?

You are lucky it happened before your check in date. I think we lost our check in time.

Anyone notice it changed check in date? Ours was aug 28th and we had checked in. Now it says oct 13th and im thinking I have to do it all over again. I also had the earliest check in time. Im assuming its gone?

Considering they are offering covid coverage extended till the end of 2021 im sure they will still offer the testing to return home. At least that would make sense!

My time question...can you try and go before the my time dining time starts? I believe it starts at 6 45 but was wondering if we could walk up at 5 30 and try and get in.

Thanks for all this info! So you were given a rapid PCR to return to Canada and no issues with it at the border? Would you call it one of the more "invasive" tests or just shallow?

The RC app lists the daily MDR menus. Are these known to actually be the menu for those days on your cruise even if 2 months out? Or just a guideline?

Yup...im one of them. They gave horrible customer service for cancelled trip. Repeated answer of " in progress" . That was from April 2020...never received my refund.

Thanks @Matt. We wanted UDP but seems to be sold out. We booked 3 night instead and hope its offered on board . Any idea if they would let is cancel the 3 day and book the UDP? It won't be within 48 hrs tho...

For check in was it a zoo of people waiting hours before their time? Or did they have separate lines for each time slot.
