You can fill in all the rest and leave the passport info blank, but sadly you won't be able to finish-finish until you get the passports back.

You will get an invitation to participate in a tour of some sort. They have actually varied over our last 5, non-Oasis, GS cruises. It will be on an at sea day, usually later in the trip. The Concierge may or may not know for sure what will be offered until the day before. It depends on what crew members are available to do the tours.

I would definitely ask the Concierge.  We get these invites all the time but frankly, I have never been sure if it was a function of being in a suite or being D+.  I really do NOT know.

Once forgot our son Kevin while leaving on a family vacation.  Was quite easy since it was a large group and we were running late for our flight because the power went out during the night...international flights don't wait around so we had to run through the terminal. 
 
I've been looking at lists and tweaking them for things that will fit me and my trip.  Thanks to this blog the odds of me forgetting something important have decreased.  But when I do inevitably forget something...I'll be here in September to share my experience. ?
 

I feel the same about the men's shaving services in the spa. I always wondered if they cancelled appointments in rough seas. ? 

Thanks for the info everyone. My kids are still happy with the Chuck E Cheese type games, so we'll be in there a little bit. Fortunately they're still too young to check themselves out of AO. I think that's when my problems will start. 

No, everyone 21 or over in the cabin will have to purchase the UDP. Under 21 will not be required to purchase any drink package. 

I needed to share my joy with someone so here seems like the place.  We leave Sunday on the Allure just hubby and I to celebrate 25 years of marriage then on the 27th we board the Empress with our three children for a family cruise.  I'm so freaking excited even though we just cruised in December.  I cannot wait to be without the kids for a vacation and I'm also excited for Cuba. 
 

When we were there in December, you could buy a ticket at the entrance. I want to say it was $14, but I don't know for sure. I've slept since then. ? 

You can just buy a ticket to go through the aviary at the enterance.  I have done it a couple of times.

My daughter has GAD and we were concerned with how she will handle her first cruise in the fall. She occasionally will imagine situations she really hasn't experienced at their outrageous extreme - last year's wildfires in California meant the whole world would eventually be on fire to her. We've had quite a bit of video watching to expose her to the fact that we will be surrounded by water at times and to familiarize her with the ship. I had photos of a life boat drill from a previous cruise that she loved to look at too. The exposure seems to have calmed her quite a bit as I don't get any "what if" questions from her anymore; I get questions about details instead (what will they do in Adventure Ocean on day 4, can I get spaghetti without sauce, etc.).

On our first two cruises DH and I stayed in Junior Suites. With the kids this time, we are staying in a Grand 2 BR. DH gets up on his own before 4am, so a space he can go far enough away from the bed I'm still sleeping in is a must for us. We splurged on the 2nd bedroom since this is my 40th birthday cruise, but I'm thinking it's probably going to be the new standard.

Oh how I wish! lol  My oldest daughter is getting married next April, so a central park balcony it is for the hubby and me...We will have to live that "suite" life through my youngest daughter with her grandmother! ?

I teach primary school BTW 4-11 year olds. Not all at once. Currently teaching Year 1 (5&6 year olds) but next year will be Year 4 (8&9 year olds).
