I guess I’m the only one who just doesn’t care ! I let my wrinkles fly ! Who cares ? You’re never gonna see these people again ! If they don’t like my wrinkles they can avert their eyes and look elsewhere !
TBH, I'm kinda the same. The only time I "worry" about a wrinkly top is on "formal" night...but even then, it's not huge deal...because by the time I walk from my cabin to the dining room, the humidity of the sea takes care of them. LOL

we're on foreign soil, so we should just have our passports. I also carry secondary ID, and if that's enough to get back on the ship, then all the better if the passport gets lost.
that's the way we look at it also...with all the travels we've done...not just cruises...

Use the steam method with the shower... helps with some wrinkles..
I've done that on all our cruises and I also take a small bottle of Downy Wrinkle Release spray. Works great!

I Agree 100%
seriously when I see "other" ships, I'm just like, "RC has the prettiest ships". They look like nice cruise ships as opposed to just floating buildings.

Honestly, anything you would normally do with him would work and then doing all the extra things too. I think he'd have a good time.
CocoCay will be nice. After watching @Matt's videos from there over this past weekend (on Facebook), I see that there are lots of paved walkways, makes it easy access for wheelchair. Not many people on these forums seem to like Nassau, but when we went we enjoyed walking around the town and just "shopping" and seeing a part of the world that isn't home.
I think a cruise would be a wonderful vacation for you...just because I think they are more "contained" with many things to do AND you can also just relax together and enjoy each others company.
How do you usually vacation? knowing what you usually do and what you usually like, could help in our helping you.

I'm pretty sure they need the number issued before the sailing as it will make them Gold before they board. I'm in the same situation as you and this is what I've discovered as far as their benefits which may vary ship to ship
according to
https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/crown-anchor-society-loyalty-program-enrollment
If you are a new guest, there is no need to sign up for Crown & Anchor Society. You will be automatically enrolled after you complete your first sailing with Royal Caribbean International (applies to US Residents). Membership benefits begin after you have completed at least one Royal Caribbean International cruise.
So, there isn't a number to be given to them before the first cruise. Or maybe I'm understanding it wrong? because our son and his best friend will be new cruisers this summer.

Hello all! So, most of us savvy travelers agree that carrying a passport is the smart way to go as far as our identification papers go. With that in mind, how do YOU carry your travel docs? Do you carry a passport wallet? RFID sleeve in your travel backpack? I've been stashing our docs in an RFID sleeve in my travel backpack, but am wondering if there is an easier way to go with this. So, how do you carry your docs?
we're high tech. we put them in a zip lock baggie and stuff it in our backpack.

the Mariner is the prettiest.

If you know you want it, go ahead and buy it now. Then if/when the price drops, you can cancel/rebook at the lower price. Also, that locks you in to the price now, in case it goes up.

Did you look at the different days of your cruise? Our upcoming cruises, there were a couple of days that had only like 1-2 time options at a little bit differing times than were available the other nights.

If you are doing the Main Dining Room or My Time Dining in the dining room, make sure you send an email to rcldining@rccl.com and let then know ahead of time what your diet needs are. Other than that, don't be afraid to let crew members know what you need or ask for suggestions. There are probably dozens and dozens of people on each cruise who have some sort of special dietary needs/restrictions. You won't be the only one. AND they will be more than happy to help you.
There are several dining venues on the Navigator that are "free" or actually, included in your cruise fare. The Dining Room, El Loco Fresh, Cafe Promenade, The Windjammer.
Personally, we will only do the "free" dining on our Navigator cruise in July. The Windjammer can be busy at popular dining times. You can go early or later to avoid lines, or opt for the Main Dining Room to be seated at a table and waited on. It's totally up to you.

If you know you want it, book it. You can always go back and cancel/rebook at lower price if the price drops. Amen.

Check out @Matt's Live Video from Facebook over the weekend...shows the stairs (and the gorgeous view of the island).

We are going in July with 2 16yo boys...I am not at all interested in water slides. I originally booked the beach loungers for 2 ($33) for my self and booked for the 2 boys and the hubby to spend the day at the water park. They will also be doing the zip line.
I watched @Matt's live Facebook videos from the weekend at CocoCay and have totally changed my mind about what we will do. I am cancelling the beach loungers and will get a ticket for me for the water park now also. There are other things to do besides the slides, I will be able to walk around and take photos AND still leave and find places to "rest" in the sun with a pretty drink in my hand. Plus, that way we can all be together even tho I won't be "enjoying" the slides. The Water Park ticket only costs $11 more than the beach loungers and there are plenty of other places now for me to "lounge".

If I had to go on a vacation where all I could eat was the Windjammer, I would not go. I don't like buffets at home, let alone while on vacation. I do all the cooking and cleaning at home, so when I go on vacation, I want someone else to do that.

I thought we could only reserve seating at shows on the Oasis Class ships.
