Yup, that's what we do. 1 person just means it's the same code that can be used by however many devices you purchase.  If your party is in more than one room (ie, we have sailed with DD's in connecting cabins) you can share it with other cabins as well.  As stated above, if you have 2 devices, and you have both your phone & tablet hooked up, no one else will be able to use the code (or, it will kick one of the other devices off the internet).  I have 1 person 2 devices for me & DH for March, ! person 3 devices for me, DH & DD in August - cheaper than each person having 1 device each

Think of your luggage as 3 categories.
The big stuff - This goes to the porters
The carryon stuff - Things like your wine, clothes for first night dinner etc.  This gets dropped off
Your valuables - Passports, meds, stacks of cash.  This stays with you in a small daypack.

DH promised to order Lobster tail in addition to his meal if I want a 2nd one, although recently I have seen pics showing that it is large enough for me that I won't need a 2nd one, but we will see.

We did this on Oasis. Went to Izumi, JR, and Playmakers all in one day. They have a clipboard with a list of room numbers with the UDP and they check you off.

Hey y’all! So actually the cruise shuttle dictated our time. We got on board. There was plenty of room and no waiting in WJ and we had a table with a lovely view. So it was a great start.

and good answer - if you don't need to worry about eating lunch onboard, and you're not early risers anyway, take a later embarkation time & you can likely go straight to your cabin to drop things off and get right to exploring, having a drink, etc. Wear a bathing suit under your clothes if you're pool people and if it will be warm enough to hang out there. Whatever is good for you.
We always wanted early time, but my daughter's medical issues made it difficult - but, she also needed to eat lunch, so we had to get there early enough to eat as well.  This March, DH & I are sailing by ourselves, & plan on getting on with a 1030 embarkation time - pick somewhere to have lunch & sit until I can get my scooter, and he can take full advantage of his DBP

years and years ago, when my family lived in California for 4 years (rest of fam was back in NY), my aunt & uncle came to visit us. Since my uncle worked for American Airlines, they essentially got to fly free (this was back in the 70's), but flew standby. Since we missed a lot of the food we couldn't get in CA, my aunt decided to surprise my dad by bringing him a large chunk (round) of sharp provolone cheese.  This cheese has a very distinct odor, so my aunt wrapped it first in plastic wrap, then in foil & put it in her carry on.  As luck would have it, they couldn't get a non stop, & had to transfer planes either once or twice.  In each case, the x-ray machine saw this large metal ball in my aunt's bag, and of course, she had to take it out and unwrap it for each time through. When they got to our house, she threw it at Daddy and said, " Never again!!!".

You can bring pre packaged food on if you want snacks for your kids to keep in your cabin or bring off ship with you so that you are assured of having something, but as said above, you can definitely go to any free food area at any time they are open & get what you want for anyone.  Kid's menu in the MDR has typical kid stuff, so he should be ok.  You can also go to windjammer anytime it is open & pack a plate of snacks to go - anything that can be saved & eaten later.  I bring plastic baggies for this - you can keep fruit, cheese, crackers, yogurt etc in your room. The "refrigerator" is more like a cooler, but it should keep stuff like that fine for a while.  You can also get dry cereal @ breakfast to keep to snack on.

from the website - Final payment of the balance must be received at Royal Caribbean's offices at least 75 days prior to the sailing date for 1 - 4 night cruise vacations and 90 days prior to the sailing date for 5-night or longer cruise vacations. The payment schedule for groups is different from that of individuals. You will usually have access to your cruise documents 30 days prior to your sailing as long as your reservation is finalized.

yes, you can use it anywhere on the ship (possible exception is Vintages, if the ship has it, and only because I never went in it, so never tried). You can also use it on Coco Cay & Labadee

My Time Dining times have definitely gotten later - I'm not a huge fan of the change.  When it's just my wife and me cruising, we just roll with it, but when I travel with the extended family, in particular my older mom who has to eat earlier, we just go with the traditional dining time and shoot for a 5:30 start. Or, we just hit up the Windjammer where it's not really a problem.  I do wish though that they'd include some earlier, say 5:30 or 6:00pm MTD times like they used to have.  Sounds like a good item to leave as feedback on our next cruise maybe.

Getting a little nervous about my upcoming cruise with DH - did My Time with him & DD on Anthem 4 years ago, but we were in a Jr Suite & spent most nights either in Coastal Kitchen or specialty, so was only in MDR 3 nights (of a 12 night cruise). Wasn't particularly impressed then.
This time, it's just us, so we're not as concerned about the time of day, but hadn't thought about it just being the 2 of us and possibly eating with other people.  Will have to see how we want to handle this - just us, or be open to dining with one or more others.

I'd order a lobster and then sell my lobster  to my table mate or the next table for half the price that Royal is charging (cash only) . I don't eat lobster, so it works out well.

I don't like either of those times myself. When I cruised with my whole family in 2013, we had early dining, but it was 6pm, which was fine. When we cruised with older DD, she had early bedtime (adult, but with medical and other disabilities) we did either early or MTD, but the cruise we did MTD for, we were in a Jr suite and were in CK or specialty dining most of that 12 night cruise. We got reservations for the few nights we ate in MDR, but it really didn't please us. With younger DD, we want set dining because she has celiac and want the convenience of same time, same wait staff for her. We have late dining this time (Aug, Oasis) because older won't be with us. We're doing a B2B, and ordered the UDP for the 2nd one, do that should be interesting as well.
DH and I are on Anthem in March, took MTD, and reserved between 645-715, which is ok for us. May do one specialty dining, but otherwise we'll see how it goes this time.
