Hi,

I booked a cruise for next year a few days ago. When I go to my Cruise Planner, every section is blank. Not just shore excursions, every single section is blank (Drink packages, Internet, etc.) I can’t even pre-pay gratuities through it. 
See screenshot below. Is that normal? When will it populate?

It's probably just too soon to book anything this far out from your cruise date. Cruise Planner items will begin to populate as your embarkation date approaches. Keep in mind that not all items will populate at once. (i.e. Excursions may begin to become available before drink packages.)

Also, gratuities are not a Cruise Planner item. To add them online, you generally have to add them at the time of booking. To have them added to your reservation after booking, you will need to call Royal Caribbean.

Thanks. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried everything (logging out and back in, clearing cache, etc).  By the way, I also tried to see it through the phone app and it’s the same thing.

I'm pretty much at that point with my Jan 2026 Royal cruises too - there are only a half dozen excursions listed and no wifi, no drinks, no dining. It's so bizarre because I have cruises booked on Celebrity in Jan and Feb 2027 that have bunches of stuff listed already!

I have the same for a European cruise next summer. I was informed by the TA that it will populate in time but no notifications will be given so just keep your eyes open! Maybe we’re on the same cruise having the same issue. Enjoy!
