CruiseMark Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 Hi, I booked a cruise for next year a few days ago. When I go to my Cruise Planner, every section is blank. Not just shore excursions, every single section is blank (Drink packages, Internet, etc.) I can’t even pre-pay gratuities through it. See screenshot below. Is that normal? When will it populate? SPS Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 It's probably just too soon to book anything this far out from your cruise date. Cruise Planner items will begin to populate as your embarkation date approaches. Keep in mind that not all items will populate at once. (i.e. Excursions may begin to become available before drink packages.) Also, gratuities are not a Cruise Planner item. To add them online, you generally have to add them at the time of booking. To have them added to your reservation after booking, you will need to call Royal Caribbean. Ryan79 1 Quote

WAAAYTOOO Posted January 10 Report Posted January 10 I sometimes get this screen even when my CP items have populated, It seems that when this happens it's just a page loading error....and if I refresh or go to a different part of the website and come back, it's resolved. Thanks. Unfortunately, that doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried everything (logging out and back in, clearing cache, etc). I'm pretty much at that point with my Jan 2026 Royal cruises too - there are only a half dozen excursions listed and no wifi, no drinks, no dining. Scotsman Posted January 15 Report Posted January 15 I have the same for a European cruise next summer. I was informed by the TA that it will populate in time but no notifications will be given so just keep your eyes open! Maybe we’re on the same cruise having the same issue. Enjoy! Quote
