happy cruisers 2
I sometimes look at available cabins for future cruises and see what seems like a large number of them still available several months out. Made me wonder if anyone has ever seen RC cancel a cruise when too many cabins went unsold?
Ampurp85
I heard it's rare and keep in mind the majority of people are impulse buyers. So they often wait until 3-6mths before they purchase anything. RCIfan1912
Pattycruise
Share the cruises…I bet a lot of people here will take a peek for pricing! Maybe even book! RCIfan1912, ScottD and TessFromFlorida

Greenland in September. It seems like a lot of OV balcony cabins still available. Maybe that's usual for 7 months out.
Jamesszy94
This sailing is in 11 days, and there's still a whole heap of Balcony cabins available. They'll probably still sail with a bunch of cabins empty. RCIfan1912
Sharla
A cruise wouldn't be canceled if some cabins are empty. It's better to sail with some people than no people! But I'd bet it will fill up a lot more between now and then. RCIfan1912
steverk
Royal rarely canels cruises and they usually give a clear explanation when they do. Examples include a whole ship charter or mechanical issue. They never say there aren't enough cabins sold. However, they do occasionally redeploy ships for a month or two. I suppose you could say that's canceling for insufficient demand, but it would be a group of sailings and done months in advance
smokeybandit
There's some routes that are naturally thin routes. Those are canceled out by the Caribbean runs that are at 110% each trip.

Looks like a great chance to royal up for everyone! WAAAYTOOO
