Sue Swain
Interested in the best way for a 70 year old to spend the day on Coco Cay. Is the complimentary food good or is it best to pay for the extra steak and lobster and water flumes which we won’t go on!
SpeedNoodles
Welcome @Sue Swain! The complimentary food on Coco Cay is wonderful! No need to spend anything extra. Have fun!

Ampurp85
Buffet is decent as well. Also, lots of exploring around the island can happen without riding the "water flumes"
WAYNO
There are multiple food venues on Coco Cay. (Feb 28th) I personally sat within Captain Jack's, watched a couple fantastic performances, sipped my Coco Loco's, and watched folks eat chicken wings. I did not try them but my wife said they were quite good when she experienced them on a cruise a couple months earlier. We did eat at the buffet on the island. It was terrific. All the standard lunch choices. I ate a burger patty which was excellent, as well as bbq chicken, which was as good as the best I've ever had. There were other choices, but for lunch on one occasion I certainly didn't try everything. I'm of the 70 year old crowd. I make my own choices, mild to wild. We didn't sign up for the steak and lobster, but that would have also pleased me. KJ777
loki007
If you can get a deal on Coco Beach Club (We were just there for $80pp) I can't imagine a better way to spend your day. The beach club restaurant is spectacular. teddy and CruisingOz 1

TracyRevell
Go to Coco Beach Club, it's really relaxing and they have a nice speciality restaurant just for use by guests of the club. You get nice sun loungers and towels and a lovely infinity pool, albeit it was freezing when we were last there in December.
