WAAAYTOOO
Yikes. She definitely needs some paint. Is this video nearly 8 months old or is that a misprint ?

twangster
I read it as Dec. 4. With ships not making frequent calls to port and some ports limiting who can leave the ship in many cases they are not keeping up with cosmetic painting on the lower hull. Salt air is very caustic. It's normal for surface rust to appear. It is mostly cosmetic and will likely be addressed once the in service date approaches.
Plumlee2028
I saw Grandeur at St Maarten a few months back and it was pretty rusty looking with some other appearance work needed. The pictures that have shown up from Barbados look like it is normal again. Im sure the plan is to polish up a bit before service.

It's instinctive because you're used to seeing the date written in the US format so it's very easy to get confused. This is something I always have to be aware of in my work as a translator; dates always have to have the month written out in full to avoid misunderstandings. In documents with a lot of dates it can be a real pain! WAAAYTOOO
