We just bought a 25ft Renegade Vienna (built on Mercedes Sprinter chassis) and plan to travel the country. I still want to cruise now and then, so we will most likely incorporate them into our travel route. Anyone else ever driven an RV to a cruise port? I am trying to gather information about 7 day parking - it fits the width of a parking space, but sticks out a bit in length. I saw one parking spot say
"No RVs". I would be willing to park it somewhere safe and then Uber or Lyft to the cruise port.

The Renegade Vienna is one nice looking unit. Would you mind telling me the floorplan you picked and other RV's you considered. We are heading to the RV show this weekend. Probably a few years from purchase but starting to......... kick the tires. Sorry?

Perhaps rent an RV space in a park for the week? I'm not sure if they can be left unattended that long, but at least it would (hopefully) be safe. You could also check each individual's port parking lot. We are interested in this also.

AJK, My family camps A LOT! The girls and I pitch tents but my DH will not, so we also own a 28' bumper pull.

I know that Port Canaveral and Port of Miami both have "over sized" vehicle parking. Our truck is 23' from bumper to bumper and 6'8" tall. We were encouraged and able to park in the regular lot @ Port Canaveral. Port of MIami says any vehicle over 20' in length must be parked in over sized parking for an additional fee of $22/day and all vehicles must be parked head first.

Idk how tall your unit is, but I hope this gives you some usable info.

I would love to go full time! What adventures you will have!

There is a park and ride just off 528 on the way in to Port Canaveral.  I never used it because we like to stay in a hotel the night before but when I was weighing all my options it looked like it would work for you.

We are looking for offsite parking at a local hotel with Saturday night lodging before our Sunday departure. I am certain there will be some fees involved, but no where near what airfare would cost for us.

foxrunner we have the murphy bed plan. The space is amazing for the footprint. We had a Roadtrek SS Agile with power couch that made a king bed, but the rest of the space was just not enough for a long trip. Check out the LTV Unity and Regal Brougham also. We had it narrowed down to those 3 and just came across a great deal on the Vienna.

I'm leaning more in the Rodtek style but DW wants something Vienna sized. I noticed that the MSRP is pretty similar on all these vehicles. I'm surprised that Roadtek which is smaller is as expensive as the other three. I will probably have more questions after the RV show Saturday. Thank you for sharing. Good luck finding a parking place!

I have a Roadtrek SS Agile for sale if you are interested. Check out RV Trader

Checked RV Trader. Yours is the black one 2015? Right now we are on the low side of a century until retirement. Many moving parts and not really close to a purchase. Discovery stage and feeling out many options, but we are planners so who can tell. The RV show will point us in the right direction, but if your unit was for sale when I was ready, I'd be interested.

Happy Trails!
