DanielleK
Hello everyone, I'm a first-time poster, long-time reader :). Anyhoo, I just booked my 4th cruise through RC, and will be sailing on Allure of the Seas in December 2019! I am considering purchasing the refreshment package for the first time; however, I am mostly interested in it for the freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast and mostly for the bottled water. My last cruise was in December 2018 on Serenade of the Seas and for whatever reason the regular water did not agree with me, so I'm definitely interested in this package. Will RC only allow me to obtain one bottle of water at a time, or will I be able to obtain several bottles in one shot? I'm thinking (if it's permitted) that I would like to take 3 bottles of water with me at every port. Please let me know. thank you! tiny260
I always ask for 2 bottles every time I'm going past a bar and heading close to the room, then I end up with a stock pile of water in the room for excursion days. Get 2 more when you leave the ship. I asked for 4 once and was frowned at, so from that point on I just asked for 2. Pretty much no name brands....I don't even remember the name. I laughed one day...they must have been running short of the cheap bottles one day in the schooner bar because I got a bottle of Evian which never happens. The smaller bottles that they give you at the bars is a no name brand, I'm like @mom2mybugs , so generic a name that it doesn't even register a memory. If you buy it for your room in the bigger bottles you get Evian. CFL
daveva1
I purchased the refreshment package and was wondering if they put a limit on the number of espresso based drinks? LOVE my coffee.

LOVE my coffee. I truly believe that if you shoot a shot of espresso in front of the staff at cafe promenade they would be happy to get you another one right away and likely give you a sticker! That would be impressive but no there is no waiting period unless of course it became to look obvious that you ordered a mocha, walked away and came back to get another, then they may suspect you are handing it off to someone else. daveva1

Jane I was hoping the bottled water would be a name brand. As I don’t really drink anything other than water, I’ll think about it before I make my purchase. It’s currently $34.00 per day, so I’ll definitely have to think about it. Thank you everyone for your responses !
Fairlynew
We got a choice between flat (can't remember brand) or sparkling (Perrier) every time we asked for water. We had the DBP, but I would think the Refreshment Package would be the same.

We had two people with CPAP machines in a Royal Family Suite in Feb. They gave us a 12 count case of the large Liter size Evian water for free for use in the CPAPs. On Amazon that is worth $60.00!! mom2mybugs

Uh, Evian is not an acceptable replacement for distilled water for a CPAP machine!

daveva1
Royal Caribbean introduced a 4th of July discount on the refreshment package. $20 per day. I cancelled my previous order at a higher rate and re-ordered under the new price. It's worth looking into if you have previously purchased. I saved myself $100. CruisinUpinLife
Does anyone know if one person can get a Refreshment Package in the room and the other person not? My husband is the cheapest drinker ever-water and black coffee of any kind. However, I prefer additional options such as sodas, juices, expresso beverages. Thank you! daveva1
When I purchased the package online, you could choose who in your party wanted it. So I believe that it is a "per person" package.

It's only the Deluxe package that will require everyone to purchase. Refreshment can be bought for one.
CruisinUpinLife
Thank you all! It had appeared it could be bought for one but wasn't sure if it was true or not.
