I also have the Marriott AC booked for my cruise at the end of January. I had the Marriott Renaissance on 17th St booked too but cancelled it this week because the current reviews weren't good.

It's right in the front of the WJ so you're not in the main WJ space. Also the cookies are right next to the ice cream.

I always look forward to your star class blogs. I really enjoyed my Odyssey cruise to the Greek Isles back in Sept 2022 for my 60th birthday. We were in an Aft balcony deck 12. Have a safe and uneventful trip tomorrow.

I know back on the Anthem 2021 & 2022 Christmas cruises Chops had their special Christmas dinner for $99.00. All I remember seeing was that champagne was included. Not sure if the menu was different from the regular menu. I went to the MDR for my Christmas dinner.

Glad you are home safe. Vacations are fun but there is nothing like sleeping in your own bed.

When I was on the Summit in June it seemed like the whole ship was at the silent disco and they had it on 2 nights. It was so much fun!

I might try a live blog of the Ascent late January. Not an interior but I do have a panoramic ocean view and I do enjoy the Oceanview Cafe.

That's what I love about Celebrity. You board the ship and you can pickup your seapass and drop off carry on in your cabin even though the cabins aren't ready yet.

I will definitely let you know and post pictures! I like Celebrity but have only been on the Summit.

I haven't been to Labadee since 2018 and there were plenty of lockers. I remember the lockers being right near where you sign in for the zipline.

Just booked the Ascent for Jan 2024. 1st time on edge class. Can't wait!

It is so easy just to drive. I live in Bucks County and it usually takes me less then an hour to get there, drop off the luggage and park the car at the garage. Even less time to get home. I have done at least 6 cruises from Cape Liberty because of the convenience, ships (can't wait for Symphony) and itineraries (Bermuda my favorite).

I was in Bermuda in June on the Celebrity Summit for 3 days arrived at 8:30am and NCl also had a ship that arrived at 8:00am. Below is a picture of Dockyard from the Summit and to the right are all the taxis and vans for hire. There is also a backup lot for more taxis that you can't see on the picture. You should have no problem getting a taxi at 10:30 but maybe get off the ship at 10 and talk to one of the drivers.

Just bought the premium drink package for $53.99 ($64.79 including gratuities) a day for my June 4th Summit cruise and I used my $200. OBC. I had the zero proof drink package and I was saving the OBC to use for alcohol on the ship. Canceled the Zero package. I am happy!

Thank you so much for sharing this. It brought back wonderful memories of our Odyssey trip back in Sept. I think Ephesus was one of my favorite stops. I was not prepared for the size and beauty of the site. Have a safe trip home.

That's the same tour we took in September. I think we had 3 ships in port and it was very crowded but I knew it was going to be and just went with the flow. Yes it does seem like a tourist trap but the gelato was very good when we were hot from wandering around. I really loved views in Santorini.
