I Think November 1.. I think they very much want to have a Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Season.. 

Yeah it was great they kept revealing the ship neighborhood by neighborhood.. When they got to "Entertainment place" They announced having Hairspray the full broadway production.. I hope they do something special for Icon

I have an excellent memory lol.. So with Oasis here is what happened.. They kept talking about project Genesis. Then Finally like 2 years before Oasis was ready they decided to unveil their new concept "Neighborhoods". They explained that Royal's new ship would be divided up into neighborhoods. Then about every 3 months they released a new neighborhood! The first one they released was Central Park and everyone went crazy with excitement. I remember sitting at my computer looking at the concept art and saying OK yeah this ship is going to be a huge game changer and I HAVE to get on it!! Then they revealed Boardwalk and when they showed the Aqua theater I was in AWE. They kept this going until they were done.. Then they had the naming challenge where some one won a contest for picking Oasis.. Any way my point is If Coved didn't happen I think by now Royal should of released some Icon info.. Now that we have Corona virus who knows what they are going to do with Icon which is very sad.. I'm sure they will still build it but how delayed will it be? Will it still have all the amazing things we hope for? I hope so but who knows lol.. Anyway I wish they would announce things on it they way they did Oasis that was so fun!

I also remember (thanks Gmail) being able to book my January 16th, 2010 sailing on September 3rd, 2008.
I followed everything closely back then but don't remember timing of announcements, but as @AGSLC5 mentioned I recall them giving little teasers along the way. I still have some of the photos saved LOL.

OH, OH, I WANNA PLAY!!!!  I like silver linings. I had a sailing booked on Rhapsody, because it was the only ship going to Roatan (the only request my Honduran wife made for the cruise) the week we could go. THE WHOLE WEEK. Crazy.  But, thanks to our dear friend Covid-19, we were cancelled, and rebooked for a sailing in 2021 that goes to Roatan, AND Coco Cay, on HARMONY. This will be my 1st Oasis class!  AAAAAND were going from an ocean view to an ocean balcony!!!! 
 

They are not holding back actually lol. Like I said I belong to a Facebook group for club Royale members and they post all the offers out there. There are like 5 different offers out there I have seen. You might want to call Casino like I did and make sure your account is able to get offers.

No I also only have those and I am part of a Club Royale Facebook group and they keep posting all these offers everyday and I was like why I am not getting these I always get offers.. So This morning I decided to call and ask what the issue is and that's when the Rep started working on it for me..She had to submit this whole proposal to management and she told me in 5 business days it should be fixed and I should be getting offers again. She said keep checking the website and if I don't call again so they can make adjustments. She said I am entitled to about 3 offers they have running. Its just annoying that we have to be like policemen and police the website lol. If it weren't for the facebook group I would of had no clue.. One of the offers is for a cruise in Jan or Feb and I wanted a January cruise for my birthday so I was wondering why did I not get this offer and according to the Rep I absolutely qualify. So hopefully it gets fixed by management and I don't have to call again.

I’m not getting any offers either. I was on the phone so long with them already doing the transfer that I didn’t think to ask about offers.  The truth is, we don’t have time right now to do anymore anyway. After Dan retires next spring...different story

I just got off with the Casino and got a good "Oregon" Rep.. In fact I have had her many times in the past and she is wonderful. I wish I could always call her lol.. She also confirmed that they are letting people moved comped cruises to the time frame you said.. I am happy they decided to do this and makes life so much easier. My Rep was so nice. The reason I actually called her is I am all of a sudden a victim of not receiving offers... She went through my history and said this makes no sense. She said I even remember booking many offers for you. She had to take many screenshots for proof for management but she said it will absolutely get fixed and I should be receiving new offers absolutely. Its no nice when we get the good competent reps on the phone.. I wish they could all be like that lol. But anyway I am glad you got to move your cruise!!

Well I feel perfectly safe because I was never scared of Covid to begin with. I believe if it’s my time to die it’s my time to die so if I get Covid and die it was my time..  But if your talking about people in Vegas I have never been scared here. I love Vegas I have always felt safe here. I was counting the minutes for them to reopen

I love ultimate texas hold'em but the money leaves your pocket a lot faster than blackjack.  I will have to try Pai Gow.

Just wanted to update people. Been to Vegas a full week now and I am still here. People are not scared of the Virus here. People only wear a mask when forced to do so. The only casinos in the strip that are forcing people to wear a mask are Caesars properties. MLife has the plexiglass no mask, Wynn plexiglass no mask, Venetian no mask or plexiglass but staff wears mask, same at cosmopolitan.. I have played at them all and I feel perfectly safe and fine. They do enforce the table limits and do force people to stay 6 feet apart from tables who are not playing. The also clean the chips and change card decks often. Also every employee no matter what their job is has to wear a mask but as I said they don’t force anyone else. They also do temperature checks when you check into the hotel but they don’t do it when casino hopping but I think everyone is just sick of this and ready to let loose because it’s crowded And all dealers and pit bosses I talk to say we didn’t expect so many people and yet they came. 

Not to argue with you but I got to Vegas in June 4th the day they opened I am currently still here and will be for another week.. So here is the deal each casino has different rules. All Caesars owned properties require you to wear a mask while playing table games. Any MGM hotels including Bellagio do not require masks because they put up the plastic plexiglass instead.. Also they have been constantly cleaning the chips offering people sanitizer and social distancing tables and slots. So I don’t know what your friends are talking about lol because trust me I hate the mask but if I want to play at Flamingo I gotta wear it. And let me say this also if people start to crowd the table the pit bosses come over and say step back 6 feet so crowding.. But I do agree if Vegas can open cruises can open.
