Comfort Suites eliminated that loophole.
They haven't. The only restriction is that same day reservations wont have access to Atlantis.
For my dates the price is almost the same as booking the pass directly through Atlantis.
From their page: "Advanced Booking Policy: Effective immediately. Same day one night bookings will not have access to Atlantis amenities, including Aquaventure. Advanced Booking is required."

I've been looking for the Atlantis DayPass on the Cruise planner for my Harmony cruise next August and I can't find it.
It seems that Royal stoped offering this shore excursion since their price mixup last year.
Is there any tip for getting DayPasses for Atlantis? I have seen the Comfort Suites trick but I was wondering if there's another option. -

Hi! I'm staying in Houston (near Energy Corridor) before my August Harmony Cruise, I rented a Car with Enterprise from IAH and will be returning it on Galveston. Waze and Google says that usually this is a 1:15 drive but I've read about traffic getting to Galveston, how much time in advance would you recommend me to take?
How difficult is to get from Enterprise to the Port? I'm thinking on dropping off my family on the port and then return the car. Are there taxi or Ubers available for a short drive like this?
I've never been to Galveston so I'm clueless.
Also, how difficult would be doing the opposite. Getting off the ship, get to Enterprise, rent a car and then pick up my family? I'm clueless about getting back to Houston, where we will be staying near The Galleria mall.
Thanks so much in advance! -

I hope they bring the elevator system and the cabins Bathroom design/layout to Utopia.
I hope they don't bring the cabin/balcony layout/furniture... -

Tonight (Monday 1/29), I went in to see if the low figure for RU had adjusted at all (per @Lovetocruise2002's post about her RU for Icon). I can't access it, but here's what I see (specific details erased):
I won a JS offer on Odyssey exactly seeing what you are seeing. The pending offer was the one.
What do you mean by "see if the low figure for RU had adjusted"?

I really, really wish Royal Caribbean never installed this.
Why?

If both are in the same cabin then both have to purchase the DP, so, why would you need to use his card to order something?
You could go to the bar with both cards and ask for two drinks, that would be Ok...

I usually bring towels for beach day excursions, but for a very different reason and use case. I have various logo towels, shirts, and backpacks that I bring for the video games I have worked on and my parent company, which is quite popular. I find it invites people to come and start a conversation with me about these games and they feel privileged to have met someone that helped create the games they love to play. But for most people, I would imagine just using the ship provided towels is the best option.

Check the image, just below "Main Cabin" you can see that when there are only two seats there is no seat B, so everything is Ok.

What would you think if RC followed DCL with this policy: https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/faq/castaway-club/membership/?
"To remain in the program, Castaway Club Members must book or sail on at least one eligible cruise within 5 years of their last Disney voyage."

Just a reminder, any rate below 10 is considered a bad rate for corporate. Even 9. So...

I looked up and this is what I found:
Your invoice should say: XB-GTY, if so, you have an oceanview balcony GTY, if it said XN is a Neighborhood balcony.
QuoteGTY categories are defined as follows:
WS Suite/Deluxe
XB Balcony Stateroom
XN Neighborhood View Balcony Stateroom (Oasis & Icon Class Only)I have a GTY balcony reservation for Utopia and it says XB-GTY so I expect an oceanview balcony, not a neighborhood balcony.

You're not required but you SHOULD isolate yourself in those cases and Norovirus too.

I've never seen a mini fridge on a Royal Caribbean Ship. They're always these cheap coolers.
I guess they "save energy"...

I don't know where are you seeing this "Day Pass" but the only day pass Atlantis is offering is this, and it includes the Aquaventure water park:
If you drive a hire car to cruise Galveston terminal

I thought that too, but my cruise is 8 night long, so the rent for the days needed (9 or more) is ridiculous.
