Something peculiar I just noticed.
I was looking at rooms for my Allure sailing on 11/30/2025 to see if the ultimate panoramic suite was finally available to book, and it was. What's interesting though is that there was one at the front of the ship (like Oasis) and also another one in the crown of the ship.

Never been to one of these but am Emerald and was thinking about going to the one on our Icon sailing next weekend. Do they still have free drinks?

I'm surprised that there are no sailings out of Cape Liberty during Spring Break 2026. After Odyssey leaves for a transatlantic on 03/15, there are no cruises until the end of April when Indy and Oasis start. Also interesting that Indy is doing a one-way from Cape Liberty to Miami, usually it's a non-revenue repositioning.
Have you seen that itinerary though? It's incredible!

There are so many good itineraries from Cape Liberty between Oasis, Independence, and Odyssey. I have no idea what to choose! But the price tag hurts...

Allure will be out of Fort Lauderdale.

They're up right now!

I believe the only time every passenger (over 21) has to get a drink package is when someone is purchasing the deluxe beverage package.

I got a small pin with my company’s logo and the number 25 on it.
Hey! I'd take that!

I was able to snag the soda package at $6.99/day for kids and Thrill Waterpark at $38.99/pp.

Questions for those who are experts on the upgrade system.
We are currently Sky class on Icon for our November sailing. If we bid on a Star class room and receive the room, are gratuities refunded since those are complimentary in Star class, or do I have to eat the cost of them if I prepaid?

On the main Royal Caribbean Blog website, click on 'Cruise Compass' in the top right corner, and select your ship.
Keep in mind, these are submitted by other cruises so not every sailing will show up but it gives you a gist of what your cruise will be like.

Apparently Royal bought it. From the RCB article.
"One area we know is being acquired is the Mayan water park located near Costa Maya today. That land will be part of the future site, although Royal Caribbean will develop its own water park."
Dope! I thought I was done with the article before that part and never saw it. No wonder it felt like it cut off so randomly.

I wonder how this will affect the Lost Mayan Kingdom waterpark. I loved that place.

Hi everyone,
My wife and two young kids (5, 2) will be getting off Icon in Miami on December 7. We ended up purchasing a flight out of MIA that leaves around 8pm because of how cheap it was. Does anyone have any recommendations for what can be done with luggage (if anything) to avoid hauling it around all day until we get to the airport around 4 or 5pm?

The only new kind of forum I want to see is a phpBB forum.

That is fantastic. If you don't mind a personal question, how much was it?
This isn't mine. I just had no idea what @AmandaB587 was talking about so I did a quick eBay search.

Love your little checkoff chart! Kicking ourselves for not buying Icon & Symphony models earlier this year. I saw they started coming out with pewter models I think in July (2024)? Those might be more worth it?
Are you talking about something like this?

When do we think the panoramic suite will be available to book?
-
I would think it's a lost cause nearly 4 years later.

It's challenging but even if you suck at it like I do, it's great fun.

Going there on December 1, 2025 on Allure. Certainly hope it's open but I'm not keeping my hopes up.
