I reached out to my local CVS, and they told me 14 days is still in effect but of course, things are still subject to change. He (Pharmacist) said look for your desired date and book. If you don't see your date, he said look daily..ie. Say if you are cruising on Monday, 11/1. You should have your test booked for Saturday, 10/30. It might only show dates up to 10/29. If that's the case, check back the next day and the system will add the next available date to book. I hope I explained that correctly lol. But according to him, he said look & book. 🤞 for those needing testing.

I was able to book CVS this morning for our 11/1 cruise. We were able to reserved 10/30 afternoon but many open slots earlier in day.

I advised him to ask for a CDC card from work.  He texted me a while ago that the Mayo Clinic gave him one.  I don't see any signatures/initials on the card, just a patient number, vaccine lot numbers and "Mayo Clinic" on the "Healthcare Professional or Clinic Site" column.  Could that be a problem?  I've been seeing some discussions on another thread about signatures and stickers.

They can also access their shot record via Mayo Clinic app if they have issues, but should not with this card.

Walgreen's does rapid tests.  You can schedule an appointment 2 days prior to your target date of testing. Do it very early in the morning to have more appointments available.  I've been seeing more and more appointments available these days.  The red icon means Rapid Test available

Perfect. That is good news about more and more being available. I was concerned being they only open two days prior. Thanks much

I have friends who recently cruised with RCL for the first time …….. they signed up for a crown and anchor number BEFORE their cruise …….. after their cruise, their account received DOUBLE points even though it was their first cruise.

How did they get a c&a number before the cruise?  My sister in law is sailing for the first time with us in November and would hope she could get double points.
