This is happening to us right now on odyssey. They asked for blood donors. Now they are full bore to Aruba. We are supposed to be there 8 am tomorrow, yet we arrived at 10 pm tonight as they could not do what needed to be done with patient.

I’m on Odyssey right now, and I liked Allure back in November better. The ship layout is confusing. Restaurants scattered all over the place, yet no real direction to get there. It’s still a nice ship, but prefer Oasis class. Maybe things will change by end of cruise. Also, price of Zone Zero is $29 pp, not $18. Also aft JS is sweet, but what a long walk from nearest stairway.

RCI usually has a person with a sign at baggage claim.

It was less then $20 for a taxi for my wife and I on Saturday. Imho you will pay a lot more for a transfer.

Hope you are getting better weather there than we did 2 days ago.
Very windy and high swells. They held off disembarking for 1.5 hrs to see if it would be safe to dock. They got ok and we are staying a extra hr. Winds have calm a bit, but on dock side the waves are crashing big time against the shore. But it’s sunny and sitting on by daybed at breezy point with a lava flow drink.

On Odyssey sitting at CocoCay. Guest service said 3700 on board.

I leave in 2 days on a 8 night southern on Odyssey of the seas. I’m in a aft JS for the first time, and excited to see if aft rooms are as good as everyone says. I also look forward to Aruba where I set up a horseback excursion as my wife always wanted to do on the ocean beach, then we are off to ride UTV. And most of all, not needing to wear a mask on the ship.

I checked that web page they only have a six pack for 150.00. I only need two and two extra for back up in case there’s a problem with one.
This is where I got mine.

Can this be used if already booked for December cruise. My daughter family has 3 kids, so they got 2 balcony rooms. But if kids are free, they can get in a GS for pretty much same price. But it says new bookings.

I ordered mine 30 days out and had them in 3 days after order. Shipping is very fast.

I just don't understand this so called "promotions".
I did a mock booking on Symphony for the 6/18 sailing. It clearly states that it includes the KSF promotion.
2 adults on an ocean view balcony (not guarantee) = $3735 approx
2 adults, one kid under 12 on an ocean view balcony = $5118 approx and this is on a guarantee cabin (it's the only option available)
So much for the KSF...
And all the other cabin prices goes crazy as well as soon as you include a kid in a cabin...
It's more expensive an ocean view cabin for 3 (one kid) than a balcony ($8007 approx!)
It's more expensive a central park balcony guarantee than an ocean view balcony guarantee.
This doesn't make any sense! What dates did you use. The sale has limited dates and holidays.

I have a 2 month window to renew my passport and I was looking for back up plans. Any other suggestions. They say an expedited passport takes about 7 weeks and that's cutting it close. I'm not sure that I could find my birth certificate but I guess I could send for one before I send in my passport.
I renewed mine in early January, and got it back in less then 3 weeks. Not saying it will be the same for you, but others on here got there’s fast also.

Real ID is not necessary, any government issue photo ID will suffice along with the appropriately certified BC
I noticed they moved the date to 2023 for real ID now, so you are correct.
-
If the cruise starts and end at same US port, all he needs is real ID driver’s license and birth certificate.

a warranty is not an insurance plan
True, but still a product sold to me that's not part of original sale and not needed. But gives ease of mind if you have it. I couldn't imagine selling someone something, then when they need it, say your on your own. You would think if they sold it, they should have a contact to get in touch to start the process.
-
You would think if they sold the policy, they should be familiar with it. How can you sell someone a item, and yet not know anything about it? If I buy a extended warranty at a car dealer, I deal with the dealer not the insurance company.

But they ARE going to waive penalties for moving to different sailing. Thought that was either poorly worded, or someone thought we would buy into that being a ‘benefit’. In all fairness, they will cover any flight change fees, so there is that.
Option 2: Rebook any Royal Caribbean sailing.
- If you prefer to re-book a different sailing, we’ll waive any non-refundable deposit change fees associated with the move.
Any other sailing is a different sailing. Waive fees for there cancellation. Makes no sense.

- 6-Night Western Caribbean cruise onboard Wonder of the Seas sailing to Cozumel, Mexico, Roatan, Honduras, and Costa Maya, Mexico on December 18th
- 6-Night Western Caribbean cruise onboard Jewel of the Seas sailing to Costa Maya, Mexico, Roatan, Honduras, and Cozumel, Mexico on December 3rd
- 7-Night Western Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise onboard Wonder of the Seas sailing to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Nassau, Bahamas, Falmouth, Jamaica, and Labadee, Haiti on November 27th
- 7-Night Eastern Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise onboard Wonder of the Seas sailing to Perfect Day at CocoCay, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, and Philipsburg, St. Maarten on December 11th
- 8-Night Eastern Caribbean & Perfect Day cruise onboard Jewel of the Seas sailing to Labadee, Haiti, San Juan, Puerto Rico, St. Croix, U.S.V.I, and Perfect Day at CocoCay on December 9th
So we only can go on these to get any OBC. Well that blows. None of the Wonder cruises have any GS left or adjoining rooms for my daughters family. Or I can go from a new Oasis class ship to one of the oldest and smallest ship on the Jewel with very little things to do for kids. What a slap in the face. We have over $13,000 in rooms booked and these are my only options.

The onboard credit is only if you take the choices they list. Only one alternative for the same week if you don’t want to change your vacation time, a 6 night on Jewel.
I did not see a list, do you know what it was? I bump to the next week on another ship as Wonder before and after did not have any GS left.
Room Service Coffee

We just came off odyssey in a JS. The coffe maker has both decafs and caffeine coffee. I really didn’t care for the coffee, so we ordered room service and had a full pot every morning with fruit and pastries. On card there are times when you want it to arrive in 30 minute increments. But to give you a heads up, they were always early and they call about 20 min before it arrives. But still well worth it for the $2 each time for tip.
