With this new sale, I just snagged my Deluxe Beverage Package for cheaper than I’ve seen in a long time. It’s for my Aug 20 cruise on Oasis. 

My December Allure cruise has 30% off DBP finally so I jumped on that, bringing it to $72.99pp. But my May 2024 on Wonder was BOGO 50% (I'll hold off till Black Friday), and zero sale for Labor Day 2024 on Utopia, it was $115pp. Ew.

With this new sale, I just snagged my Deluxe Beverage Package for cheaper than I’ve seen in a long time. It’s for my Aug 20 cruise on Oasis. 

Parking at Port Liberty is guaranteed. $30 per night. Where you park depends on how many ships are using the port at the time.
When it’s just the Anthem sailing…parking is usually in the garage right next to the port and the overfill goes into the open lot across the street. When there are more ships sailing, especially with the Oasis, the garage is usually only for handicapped (and sometimes back to back cruisers) and the rest go into the open lots. Once the lot across the street fills (and both sides of the street leading to it), you may be directed to another open lot about two blocks distance away…or any other open space they can squeeze you in. There are plenty of workers directing you where and how to park. They provide shuttle buses for anyone who prefers not to walk.
The entire port area is on a peninsula and there is no local traffic..except for the workers at the dry dock and people visiting Tear Drop Monument Park. Virtually all of the nearby buildings are empty. The area used to be a Military Ocean Terminal that was shut down years ago. The one road in and out is in need of repair so drive carefully.
As posted above, if you use the garage…you will receive a ticket on the way in and you can pay at the machines prior to going back into the garage at the end of your cruise. But, if you forget…there are attendants who will help you pay with your credit card when you get to the exit. If you park in the lot across the street…same process. Except sometimes they may have attendants with handheld devices who charge your credit card as you enter rather than pay as you exit. This saves time when you leave as it eliminates the line of people waiting to pay on the way out. The other, further away lot is just pay as you enter. Again…much easier leaving. Get in and go. Enjoy your cruise!

I am an advocate for separate accounts.  Dan and I both have multiple devices which we constantly switch around.  If we had only 1 sign-in (1 account allowing multiple devices) we would constantly be knocking one another off of their device.  In fact, we have already tried this and now know that to prevent someone going over the side accidentally (or not), we must each have our own account.  Period.
If your sister and BIL can play nice and will not be constantly changing devices, then a single account with multiple devices will most likely work.  It did NOT work for us.

I purchased heavy plastic holders for ours with wire attachers from Amazon (reusable) but I am pretty anal retentive.  You can print them & tape/staple them on as is, let the porters do it, cover them with clear packing tape, laminate them.  All depends on your level of obsession!

Next Wednesday June 14 they just scheduled one of those periodic travel agent Vicki Freed coffee chats with Michael Bayley.   
There is potential for a Utopia announcement.  Keep an eye out for a test load.

I made a small test transfer a couple days ago to figure out how everything worked. 
I just logged into my cruise planner tonight and the on board credit was there! So excited.

It will show up in the upper right side when you sign into your account with the amount and it’s says Onboard Credit. My Travel Agent also sent me an updated confirmation. 
When you redeem with BOA, you will input your Reservation # and date and ship. They will look it up and apply it to your account. 

I redeemed my RC Visa points for an onboard credit last week and was surprised that the next day my credit was already in my cruise planner site. 
That was quick! It can be used for any pre or on board purchases, which I will use now to get our internet package. 
During the cancellation of our cruise a couple of years ago, my points were returned to my visa account. 
For me, every year that we redeem, it’s been a quick and hassle free process.

There are still many out there who don't blink at losing the $250pp deposit for suites.
For me, when I heard the news this morning, it doesn't matter in the long run. However, we are type to not book unless we have every intention of going so the money will have to go at some point either way. Not a big deal.
What will make it a big deal for us is if they change the policy in place right now that allows you to change ship/sail date for $100pp penalty.

Agree that it sucks about losing the ability to book a refundable JS but the amount of the deposit really doesn’t bother me.  More up front just means that I will owe less at final payment.

That strategy is short sighted and punishes the wrong people. 
If you feel that strongly about the direction of the line, that’s fine. You shouldn’t cruise until you see a change back in the direction you like. 
I used to go to Disney World all the time but their guest policy changes ruined the product for me, so I stopped going.   
 
The hard working crew members deserve better from you if you continue to sail. 

Not sure which gift point range these are in gif D+, I’m above 525 but seem to have received 5 amenity gifts this cruise.  
 
I’ve attached pics of the beach bag and what I believe is the tote bag (blue and white stripe) That blue/white tote fits into the smaller blue/white  zipper pouch.   These are on Oasis.

I don’t speak as a business person, just a standard WiFi user.  Anthem has been horrific with starlink, worse than when it was Voom.  I was just on Oasis and the WiFi was as close to perfect as can be, even in my forward ov cabin.  The Diamond lounge was spotty after 11pm, I was not in there earlier to do a comparison.  Symphony was very good.  The smaller ships Grandeur and enchantment were not so great. Radiance was very good.  For reference my idea of very hood is being able to go downloads, open web pages, send and receive emails, FaceTime or WhatsApp with family around midnight.
