Good luck.  We have triplets, all 3 with special needs.  They are now 25 YO.  Boy it makes me feel old every time I say their age.  
When they we little, we took them every place.  The advise I would say is get your daughter involved in activities.  Special Olympics was important for them and us.  The interactions with other parents was critical.  
If another parent/adult says something on the cruise, ignore them.  This is your vacation and your daughter's opportunity to learn.  Have fun.

Choosing the right travel professional to assist with your bucket list trip is clearly important but there may be limits to their planning capabilities.  A personal ship tour for example is not something I've heard of before.  Perhaps that is a thing and only because I have never been involved with one I am not aware of them or perhaps that isn't something the ship offers and therefore it's not something anyone can pre-arrange, not even the best travel agent in the world.  
I hope you can come back from time to time and update this thread with your experiences as they evolve going forward.  Your observations and notes along the way could be extremely valuable for another family with similar requirements.

We are planning a vacation to Alaska in 2024.  We need a travel agent to help us navigate all of the issues.  We are a unique family.
We are a family of 6 including 25 YO triplets with cognitive disabilities, including 1 (DS2) on the Autism spectrum.  All are fully mobile.  DD1 and DW are hesitant, but will go.  DS1 and DD2 should be able to be somewhat independent on the ship once they learn to navigate the ship.  DS2 will need additional help and supervision.   
In our mind, the trip will start with a self directed land based trip to Denali and Kenai Fjords NPs.  Then the cruise from Seward to Vancouver.  Everything I have heard is that RC has the best reputation with young adults with disabilities. 
Once we are on the ship, we should be ok, but not 100% sure.  We will need help with the check-in process and a personal tour of the ship to help the triplets learn how to navigate the ship.  We also do not know what we don't know.  
This is a trip of a lifetime.  A bucket list destination.  The hiking and excursions in ports are the priorities.  Water slides in Alaska are not important on 60 degree-rainy days.  But how our children are treated and respected on the ship and in port is by far the #1 issue. 
We know that things will change and we will need to go with the flow.  We will do our best to help all, especially DS2 (autism) adapt to the change in schedules.  We just will need a bit of help in understanding what may change so we can prepare him for the changes.  
Ok with that said, we need a travel agent who either personally or professionally has experience with individuals with disabilities.  DD1 is a special education teacher and DW and I have dealt with these issues for 25+ years and can see through BS when a person does not understand working with the disability community.

And I will be first in line for my child, because she shouldn't die of a disease when vaccines make it preventable. 

My wife and I have a cruise booked with our 3-year-old for May. I'm hoping he's eligible and fully vaxxed by then.
My wife has a PhD in biochemistry and has spent her career studying infectious diseases. I've spent the pandemic working in a hospital. We have our reasons. Many reasons. Science being the #1 reason. Same reasons he's been given all his other vaccinations.

This is the crux right here. Some countries have vaccine requirements, RCL would be required to enforce them if they continue the requirements, and I cannot think of any reason they wouldnt. And this will likely stretch further as Pfizer will have data on covid vaccination for children 2 - 4 and 6 months - 2 year early 2022, it might become a requirement for everyone to be vaccinated. If so, I hope they remove some of the restrictions.

Royal may not have a choice if the destinations require the kids over 5 to be fully vaccinated.  If going on a cruise with the entire family, everyone will need to be vaccinated.

The cruise line could say no vaccine - you can wave from the dock.  Can't go as other countries are requiring the vaccine.  If you refuse to get the vaccine - stay home, do not go out to the store, do not go to ball games or concerts, do not infect others.
I am tired of those people who think they know more than doctors and scientists.  588,569 Americans are dead because of these idiots.

The vaccine may or may not be 100% effective against all of the variants.  The science is saying, if you get 1 of the variants, you may get sick but not die.  You can also spread it to others even though you are asymptomatic.  We will most likely need a booster shot (like the annual flue vaccine) to ward against the variants.  The more people who refuse to get the vaccine or fail to go back for their 2nd vaccine, the longer this will be with us.  
Your choice, wear a mask at the grocery store and in crowds, or be part of continued spread.  We do not have heard immunity yet because people are refusing to get vaccinated, forgetting to get the 2nd shot, and refusing to wear masks in crowds.  
There were 56,604 cases yesterday and 954 families last a loved one.

You are the problem.  If we do not wear masks and get vaccinated, we will have more spikes and end of like India.  This is real.  588,569 Americans are dead because of your lack or respect for others.  Unless you have a medical degree plus PhD, you do not have the knowledge to question the science.  These people are smart, really smart.  Wear a mask.  Get a vaccine or we will be living like this for years.  

If you chose not to be vaccinated, then do not go on the cruise, do not fly on a plane, do not go out to restaurants, do not go to the office.  You are not welcome around those of us who are concerned with staying healthy.  
There is a public health reason why schools require students to be vaccinated.  These illnesses spread and can kill people.  COVID-19 is still a global pandemic.  Look at India.  If you don't want to get the vaccine.  Your choice.  Just stay home.

Or, possibly worse, getting on board, then testing positive, and then they find out you have a fake card.  I'm going to imagine there's potential for a civil suit in addition to criminal charges.  

Not to mention you are gambling a multi-thousand dollar investment on a $2 card from China bought on eBay.
College kids trying to get into a bar with a fake ID is one thing.  It's almost a right of passage.  Worst case you are rejected.  
Getting rejected in a cruise terminal with no legal recourse = priceless.  
(Go ahead and sue, then show your fake card to a judge)

I have to admit, the thought of watching an unvaccinated getting busted in a cruise terminal with a fake card is oddly appealing to me.  Too late to use Cruise With Confidence.  You literally lose the entire cruise cost.  

Hubby and I have been working throughout the pandemic, me in constant customer contact.  Masks all day every day.  We contracted Covid from his elderly parents (they got very sick & we rushed over to help) just before Christmas.  As a PP said, him worse than me.  Our first shots are Friday.  I’ve been to WDW for a week and another week in Central Florida both with masks.  It was fine and did not affect my trips at all.  We are just used to wearing one.  All this to say HELL YES!!  Stick a needle in my arm & a mask on my face.  I am ready and willing!!!

No issue with a vaccine requirement (And in fact would prefer it). As for the mask I would would probably wait until it isn't required. (We haven't had to wear them hear in New Zealand as we've been covid free for nearly a year now. It'd feel strange traveling somewhere to be on a boat where I had to wear one when i can stay here and not...). 

Because of those that refuse to vaccinate that otherwise can, this thing will stick around longer than it needs to.  
I made my choice to vaccinate and I comply with mask requirements even though I know they exist largely due to those that refuse to vaccinate.
