Thanks for all the advice I have read on this thread.   My hubby just purchased 100 shares (at my nagging).  Our cruise is this Sunday.  Now I know that I should fill out the PDF and send it via email.  Keep your fingers and toes cross that I get a fast response.  

I used the Shareholder portal (link below).  I downloaded my account statement from my broker, sent the statement to print in PDF and only print the page that the RCL shares were listed.  Blacked out my account number and highlighted the line that had the shares listed and my name.  I did this on Monday (July 4) and got an e-mail late last night (July 5). You put in your sailing date and confirmation number, drag and drop the file to the upload area and you are done.  It took less than 2 minutes to do the upload via the portal (again, link below)

I think that you might be able use a "snipping" tool the do a screen shot of your online statement if you just bought the shares and don't have a monthly statement.  It is a standard tool/app on any windows PC/laptop.  I assume that Apple will have something similar.
Just saying that the portal was quick and easy.

Yes, as Pooch says - "Woo-Sox", but this is only their second season.  Prior to that they were "Paw-Sox" from Pawtucket, RI.  I grew up in RI.  I like the old mascot Paws better than the new mascot Woofster.
I saw Mark "The Bird" Fidrych pitch at McCoy Stadium for the PawSox.  The sox picked him up after he blew out his arm in Detroit.  I saw many MLB stars play there over the years...

@Sifsig Sorry for your experience. We were on Oasis last October, saw Cats, but only a partial Aqua show due to staffing. Also sorry for the aggressive replies to your post, there are a certain number of folks that come by and drop a bomb and never return. Some folks were confused by the "maiden voyage" term. You probably were on the first cruise out of NJ when Oasis returned from Florida. On a couple of our cruises we also had comedians that told us their first show was "family" friendly and that the late show was adult content. I don't know about the drinks, I always specify a brand of liquor when I order. Although this year I've often had to search for another brand as my preferred brand was not available, no  Greygoose, or no Tanqueray. We did Wonder in March and even though it was about it's fourth or fifth sailing, they still weren't up to speed on everything.  If you've heard talk of things getting back to normal, well compared to last year they are better, compared to pre-covid they still have a ways to go. Folks who are only able to cruise as a "special" vacation do really want and expect to enjoy their hard earned trip and unfortunately these days things don't go right more often than we want.

Yep my reluctant fallback is an Oilcan of Foster's (because it's essentially two beers for one drink ticket) but I was very excited to see our "Wonder" trips this Fall may have Redhook's Longhammer IPA available.

I've been to the Start Line brewery, it's a short ride for me.  Wormtown is my other favorite.  Jack's Abbey in Framingham has some really good brews.  Wachusett in Fitchburg is excellent.  If you're ever looking for a micro-brewery, Craft Roots in Milford is one of my favorite spots.

LOL, that was our experience on the Symphony a couple year ago.  I/we no longer take our CPAPs while traveling, not because of anything Royal did, just a preference not to lug around so much crap.  Anyway, when we got into our bedroom there was this 50 or a 100 foot yellow/orange extension cord and it looked like one of the crew ran over to a construction site and stole the cord.  It had grease, all kinds of discolorings, and just a bunch of crap on it.  As it turned out, we didn't really need it because there was 120 plugs on both sides of the bed.  Interesting to note, only one cord though(but two one gallon jugs of distilled water) and it only had one plug on it.  There was two of us, both using CPAPs and we were both registered in the special needs part of their site.  We just threw the cord under the bed.  Yes, we did call to have someone come and get it but they never did.  As far as I know, it's still there LOL.

On Freedom this past weekend Playmakers was showing several baseball games, but in addition to baseball they were also showing tennis, cricket, football (we call it soccer in the US) and other sports.  Even though there are a lot of screens in Playmakers they do not only show sports that happening in the US and there is no guarantee that Yankees vs Red Sox will be on any screen in the bar and unlike most sports bars on land the bartenders at Playmakers do not have access to remotes to change the channels on the screens .  If the game is that important I would suggest as others have already suggested that you buy the internet package. 

To me, NAS means Naval Air Station. 🤷‍♂️

Now, I'm just a simple Mid-Atlantic type, but given the pronunciation of Worcester, are they the "Wu Sox," the "Wor Sox," or do they break all New England norms and just pronounce it how it is spelled? 🤔

Cruising out of Bayonne, NJ Friday and it's the Sox vs. Yankees series.  We plan to watch it at Playmakers.  We are sox fans (30 min out from Boston).  Should be a good time!

There are also some videos available on streaming sources such as Amazon, Smithsonian, Engineering Marvels, etc.  It's worth a few bucks to rent them.  PBS used to have a video on YT but it has since been taken down.  
It is a fascinating engineering and political feat the likes of which we are unlikely to ever see repeated on this scale.
Having watched many videos and having read books about the canal it made the day in the canal so much more interesting.
