We’re right after you. Boarding on Jun 28 and getting off on July 5.

Oooh no!!! They just reappeared on my planner and booked it. I found this thread trying to figure where they were located since I can’t find on map ??

Great attitude - have fun!  As other postings have shown, there are plenty of free lounge chairs with umbrellas at Coco Cay.

Oh well, it was exciting while it lasted.
I wanted a beach lounger when we book our cruise but I waited to long to get them.
Then a few weeks ago they became available.  We were excited because we just want to relax at Coco Cay.
Today I get an email saying they canceled them "due to construction".
Oh well, we just have to role with the punches!  
4 more days and we will be on our FIRST CRUISE! 

Is this the lanyards you ordered?  Looks like they come in different colors too!

There is a ton of umbrellas around the pools and beaches. You should have no problem whatsoever finding a spot.

Just a heads up, we are going out on the 24th on the Navigator and at one point the beach loungers were "sold out".  I just checked again last night and I was able to grab one.
So, keep checking!

This is somewhat encouraging to us. You will love South Beach. After returning from there recently (we happened to have a bungalow), we booked an October cruise on Navigator. Only thing available are cabanas (out of budget). Beach beds, bungalows and loungers are all sold out. I called to verify and rep did mention that if someone cancels it would be put back on the cruise planner. I will keep checking and thanks for the reminder!  Happy Sailing.

Good advice. If someone cancels, inventory does return to become bookable. So periodically check back for things that appear to be sold out.

@StayFrosty we will also be on this cruise and my wife is a teacher! Her year ends on the 13th! Can't end soon enough!

If you want something close to the port, I would say that Holiday Inn Miami (downtown) and Intercontinental Miami are going to be your closest to the port.  But you still need transportation.

Hi All, 
This is our first time on any cruise and I was wondering if anyone can give us a little advice.  If we don’t purchase any “excursions”, for the Bahamas or Coco Bay, is there anything free to do?  Is there free beach chairs and umbrellas?  Is there anything you would suggest to make our experience good.  We basically want to just relax by the beach and possibly try one of the activities without breaking the bank.
