Its answers like these that I so deeply appreciate...

I have the getting beaten down to a science... Many a fishing trip that time of year involves wind, spray, even snow.... It hopefully will give us a break at the other end. but I know it can be special there as well... I think the girls will find enough stuff to amuse aboard....

Anthem is a great ship.  I have always enjoyed our cruises out of Bayonne.  Keep in mind that there is NOTHING around the port but it's an easy port to get to and to embark from.  The suites waiting area could use some work but that's low down on the priority list...
As you are well aware, March is one of those dicey months where it could be early spring or you could have a brutal nor'easter...it's just a crap shoot.  Prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

Fiance' was distraught about school dates on a Mariner run in late March leaving her college age daughter back on the beach... Daughter is at school at UVM with an early spring break... Fiance' too shy to ask.  Early March I'm flexible and plans have me in Jersey at that time. So.... I pulled the trigger in an Anthem run from Cape Liberty... Gets daughter and a friend out on a week long ride. Keeping the other reservation intact and her son can also bring a friend keeps it fair. Heck I can even take them hog hunting or big game fishing  to make up for the two less days they will have on board. I like being as even and fair as I can... 
Oddly enough I have been part time charter fishing Jersey most of my 45 year career and never jumped on a cruise ship out of here. Couldn't begin to guess how many cruise ships that have brushed right past me including Anthem over that time. I can see the port some days while fishing but not close enough to know anything about it. Anthem has passed within a few yards of me a few times. Impressive gal. Is she as impressive inside?  How about Friendly? And out right fun? What things do I want to check out on her versus other classes of ships? 
The port? easy access to major roads and easy parking?  Its gonna be a ride back to UVM when we return to the port...  I've always used south Florida ports and have a "feel"  for them. If I can get back on major roads easy from the port I'll relax for the ride quicker... 
As always tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated.... 
 

The wife and I did Anthem a few years ago - actually did a mini road trip up there from GA instead of flying. Port was nice and easy to get in and out of. Anthem's a great ship, plenty to do onboard - iFly and North Star are definitely worth snagging spots for. If you're into the shows, they were doing We Will Rock You back then, if they still are it was worth the watch.

I live an hour from the port (without traffic) and was surprised at how easy it was to get there. The parking is easy. There are signs and people everywhere to point you where to go once you're there. 
 
Also easy to leave. 

It would be nice... All this rule changing and stuff making me nuts. I was supposed to work in Bahamas til the day before my Cruise. Now with the tests at 2 days its really got things screwed up. I had to give up that whole week of work before. Trying to organize tests with CVS, Urgent Care, Walgreens all shaky at best. Not having skill with the online stuff has me nervous as well. Hell , I don't even know how to scan that code thing... Then fly my group in  from three different airports...
 
 

Great... All my units came back fine... The app though still wiped out my check ins and boarding times... I waited up that night to midnight to get the earliest check ins>>> 

And now it's working, after I tried using another browser!

I was having that as well... That lead up to ACCESS DENIED... had to get to where it was asking for email and password for his trick to work.
 
 

Trued calling them again. Just like other things that require multiple calls same here. This rep had the fix in under a minute... 
 

On one of my computers (My main one). Cant sign in to my Royal accounts through edge or google chrome. Tries to set me up to  set a new password but won't accept my email or phone number to start?

Yep, most site administrators put in a redirect from the non www version of a site to the correct page.  With secure pages it must match exactly or it will fail and cause issues.  Sadly some sites are configured to be secure on the non www version and they also don't put in a redirect sometimes as well.  On big sites it's usually an oversite, on small sites it's often someone who doesn't understand how the servers work.

Matt's link doesn't have the www in it, which appears to not be correctly configured with RC's CDN

Yeah, I went through the store front, and now a note that wasn't there on the day I ordered appears saying...
 

Been on plenty and checked just fine. This one check in itself went smooth. I noticed though that on computer "set sail pass" it says "choice". I get it. Thats a very low tier casino status title. I'm no big gambler so it fits I guess. Then on my phone app  it doesn't show choice. As I will be boarding using phone does this mean I lose "choice" status? I am guessing it would get me a free spin trying to win a key chain but if that's what it is I'd still like at east that much... C+A already "lost" 14 years and 40 of my earned points with no resolution in 3+ years. I'd hate to think they are going to just stick me again on this????  

I want that free spin to try and win that key chain... After giving up 40 C+A points that they "misplaced". Going from emerald to gold runs my balcony prices up more than I should have to pay.  I don't want to give up a single thing more... Even if it effectively means nothing... 
 

The day she came in she later went up river then out the Verrazano then came past me where I was fishing... The up river might trips have been a  practice stop to see the statue and the freedom tower then a real one with guests last night... If it's  gonna be a habit,  I need to alter my striped bass September spot.... Right where they turned in is where I normally drift using eels for bait...
