If you’re fully checked in then you should be able to print your set sail and luggage tags. That would be odd if your cruise is 2 weeks away and that stuff isn’t available. Have you checked in already?

I'm checking in for our July Mariner cruise. After putting in all the passport, payment info etc. it says "we're not ready for you yet, come back later to choose an arrival time"? Has anyone ever seen that?

On Odyssey now, and they're smoking like chimneys, both in the casino and in the special smoking area on the pool deck.

My wife and i always buy the key and find good value in it. I'd keep it for the 4 nighter so you can try it for yourself and see if you like it. If you plan to buy wifi anyways then might as well upgrade to the key, especially if you get it during a cruise planner sale. If you check in at 12:30 (i'd go at 12:15) you will be on the ship by 12:45 with the Key priority boarding and have no problem making lunch. We were on indy in February, checked in at 11:30 and walked straight on.

I think you would regret not giving your roller suitcase to a porter. You want to explore and having to tote that around might be a pain. Give it to a porter with $10 tip. Never say never though, we met a lady on our March Celebrity cruise whose bag did not get on board. Not sure how that happens.

If you plan to go to the casino its nice to bring cash. Western Caribbean would be Mexico, maybe Key West, Labadee, Grand Cayman, Jamaica. USD Widely accepted in all as are credit cards.

we have used them for re-entry. Did not have middle name and it was no problem.

Ubers are available. We've taken Uber to the airport a couple of times.

We always buy the Key. For us the difference in cost between the Key and just WIFI make it worth it, especially now that ships are sailing at higher capacities. We really love many of the features…priority boarding, Chops Grill Lunch on boarding day, reserved seats for shows, special times for activities (my kids like that), and one of the best features in on disembarkation day. A really nice sit down breakfast, then escorted off the ship past all the people waiting in line…Nice!

I’m sure its just for liability and they will just ask your weight (vs actually weigh you) and you will sign a release. I wouldn’t worry. They want to make money.

Mai Tai with Pyrat rum or Bahama Mama ...If you are stopping in Labadee the labadoozy with the boozy is a must!

I agree with Matt. It might be breezy but it will be warm and humid. No jacket needed.

Disney's food in the complimentary dining rooms was much better. Royal's specialty dining is great but the MDR is so so at best, but then i found Celebrity which is still a Royal brand and has incredible food in the MDR. I wish Royal would up the food game just a bit. Definitely doesn't stop me from enjoying an RC cruise but would be nice.

Just got off of Indy yesterday from a 3 day Bahamas sailing. It was basically back to normal. The pool deck was packed. There were some lines for coffee, pizza, etc. I was impressed with the staffing. I’ve read other cruise lines have been having a real problem with staffing. Service this weekend was great. It was nice to have the energy back on the boat.
