I carry my passport, CC and cash with me off the ship just in case of any emergency comes up. There is zero possibility of me being mugged at any of these ports as I am and will never be a victim. If you don't look like easy prey they will leave you alone. With me its easy just by the way I look and carry myself.

Yep same here... they carded us in San Juan but not in St Maarten.

Same thing happened to me too on the Allure. It seemed like they have been trained not to go for the extra tips. I tried tipping our room steward for doing something for me and it sat on the desk for 2 days until my wife tracked her down and made her take the tip.

Yeah that is the reason we did Allure and not Oasis this year.

I had dinner and drinks with Betty White and Robert Goulet. However, it was 1978 and cruises were a bit different back then. A bit more of the back story, Betty was a passenger, while Robert was the main entertainment and we were at the Captain's Table for dinner.

I was just at terminal A and even though I didn't park there but parked at Best Cruise parking. It is a covered parking garage where there are a lot of Sheriff patrol cars parked there. it was safe and secure and cheap $80 for the week, however the transport to and from the terminal was terrible. They say they have a shuttle running every 15 min but it is more like 1 hr. My wife had a fit at how they ran the operation there. I would use them again but I am cheap. I can't use them again as I can't afford a divorce.

I was on the Allure last week and I did not gain anything and my wife only gained 0.4 lbs. However, we were averaging 12k steps a day.

I was on the Allure last week and they had them in the Solarium for $79 on day 5 of a 7 night cruise.

I just got off the Allure and they had Red Velvet Cake as part of the lunch buffet in the MDR.

Then you have to really look at it to see if everyone is going to drink up to the cost. It is a cost vs. reward analysis to see if it is really "worth" it. For my wife and I just 1 refreshment package will do it, and then ala cart for the alcohol.

Ok but are you all solo cruisers? If you have someone else in the cabin that is 21+ you have to double the cost.
