The Number One Item Lost on a Ship is...
Jolly Ogre replied to twangster's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I don't understand how you can lose your phone when it is locked in the safe. That is where mine is when 1st get in the room and stays there until we disembark the cruise. -
Ok? I hope so. Or I could also do it drunk, that might be better time of it. But my wife does not like it when I am like that as I laugh to much. The last time I did it was with my friends and we all have advanced degrees one is a college prof, one is a Ph.D and one is a D.O. and we had some nurse friends along too.
-
How hard are these? Is there a way to make them more advanced? I did one with some friends and it only took about 10 min. Very much a let down.

Get your dinner reservations in now. Then you can plan your shows around your schedule when they come available. I am on the Oasis Dec 2020 and I already have my reservations made. -

Jolly Ogre replied to VinceC's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
I don't know how you guys do it. All mine have gone up. When it did go down just $50 my TA changed it and cost me $175 in OBC. My next booking will be with MEI. -
I would check on flights to Miami then check flights from there to San Juan. Either that or other Fla airports to see if there is a better deal that way. From Ft Myers it is about $200pp.

All checked in over the weekend...just have to pack now. Well that will happen in a few months. If I pack now I wont have wrinkles, they will be creases.

Just before 12/19-12/23. It was as close as I could get with me and my wifes schedules.

Transfer of Reservation to Travel Agent Denied
Jolly Ogre replied to SteveinSC's topic in Royal Caribbean Discussion
What if i have a reservation with AAA for a 2020 cruise. I have cancelled my AAA membership. I have had this booked since February. I have only done the min deposit. Would, or could I get this transferred to MEI? And how much of a hit would i take? -
I have reservations for MTD on my upcoming 2019 cruise for 6:00 PM and for my 2020 cruise for 6:30 PM. Early seating is to early and late is way to late. I am not that flexible and like to eat when I want to not when someone else thinks I should.

I could see maybe paying the $23 if it was for both me and my wife but not per person and that would be for only 1 night as a splurge. I would never pay $100 on a meal ever. Outback we had 2 for $24 last November, but I only had to pay for just that one night not 3-4 times. OBC the most I have ever gotten was $25 per person. That does not go far on a cruise. I have gone but only when it was comp by the TA. I dont do any big ticket items at all. The cruise is the big ticket item that I save for 2 yrs to be able to go on.
-
That is outrageously expensive. It should not cost more than $10 per person. I can get 2 for $20 any day of the week all over the place. There is no way I will ever pay that much extra when I have already paid over $1k for the cruise which includes food.
