  1. First cruise! I bet it won't be your last!! Have a great time!
  2. We're going February 29th on Adventure. In Aruba I have a catamaran rented for 30 people (I am part of a 52 person group). For Bonaire we are renting golf carts to explore the island. As far as Curacao I have nothing planned. Am thinking about The Curacao Liqueur Distillery tour....or just exploring the port area.
  3. I believe this currently works on Harmony & Allure. Should be rolled out to all ships at some point, but the timeframe is not known.
  4. Thank you for the beautiful pictures and all the great information!
  5. Still waiting.....what's the 2nd most expensive item????
  6. You did....I just listened to that podcast yesterday! Episode 27 (preview of Navigator) and 29 (review). Navigator had just been refurbished with so many new additions including your 1st taste of Sabor! How time flies!
  7. I was on Mariner in May, I don't notice any difference in the crowd then any other ship. Coming off 3 Freedom class ships then Oasis I was worried about Mariner being a little smaller. The size was great, just a tiny bit smaller then a Freedom ship, only the width of the ship was really noticeable to me. I absolutely loved everything about Mariner! We sailed on Navigator the very next weekend and had the same experience and next up is Adventure in February.
  8. I always sleep really well....but maybe the Deluxe Drink Package helps with that! LOL
  9. February 29th, 2020 - 8 nights on Adventure April 23rd - 3 nights on Oasis November 5th - 4 nights on the inaugural Odyssey
  10. Where is this "When is your next cruise" you speak of?
  11. I already started a FB group for this sailing, feel free to join. https://www.facebook.com/groups/2451939745090932/
  12. Oasis 5 (I believe she will be Melody of the Seas) will certainly be just ever so slightly bigger in tonnage than Symphony. They do this every time so that they get the "biggest ship in the world" press that comes with it.
  13. Symphony will remain the largest until Oasis 5 launches.
  14. I got a balcony for less than $300 more then what a 4 day Navigator sailing is for the same timeframe. I think that's well worth it for a newest ship on it's inaugural sailing.
  15. @Matt already put down a deposit I believe! Unofficial group cruise it appears! Lol
  16. We’ll have to plan a RC Blog meetup onboard!
  17. I just booked it too! Never been on a Quantum class ship, figured this would be the perfect time to try it!
  18. Yes it is per person, so it will be a total of $198. At an average of $33 per dinner, that's a good price if you're interested in specialty dining only for dinner. I will be doing the same thing on a 3 day Oasis sailing in April.
  19. I've gotten it many times and we all know @Matt loves his Lava-flow made with Kraken!
  20. Here's a link to a blog post that explains it all... https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2018/08/28/royal-caribbean-now-allowing-guests-bring-non-alcoholic-beverages-onboard
  21. Although a lot of info in the older ones is no longer relevant, it's still nice to see things that have changed. For example @Matt wasn't always Team DX (Deluxe Drink Package), where now he is! Or @Matt and @mpoole3 debate which is better, Labadee or Coco Cay (well before Perfect Day was even a thought!). One thing that hasn't changed is Matt picking on @monorailmedic, haha!! Although, I've met them both and they have a great friendship!
  22. I assume you're referring to iTunes when saying episode 219 to present? If you go to the "Podcast" link at the top of this page they are all there starting with number 1. I did the same thing, listened to all that were available on iTunes, then had to listen to the rest (I'm listening in reverse order and I'm down to episode 37) using the above link. https://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/podcast
