We’d be happy to miss Mediterranean night, Caribbean night, Italian night.

As far as I know the menu has changed in years. The only thing that might change would be the sides. So look at any sailing for a menu.
I have not been able to find a 10 day Caribbean sailing to find what theme is what night. I know which menus I don’t like, I just don’t know on what night they occur.
The other issue I see is having to cancel my MTD reservation in order to book Chops so it would really help if I could know in advance.
-
I want to take advantage of the current sale to book Chops for dinner 1 night BUT since Explorer is currently on a TA, I can’t see the correct menus. If I book a random night, can I change it later and retain the sale price?
-
Yup, I see sales for both mine & my daughter’s sailing. In the process of packing up my family to return home from our vacation so I will work on this tomorrow! I did reprice my Giovanni lunch.

Maybe one could tip the room steward to zip tie them in a sitting position?

God, I hated the fins!! Only thing I didn’t like about snorkeling. So I don’t actually have to use them??

Does Dan bring his own? Will I be able to get some on Labadee?

Example:
You are both logged onto your phones- fine
You log out of your phone & onto your tablet - fine
You stay logged onto your phone AND try to log onto your tablet - not fine.
Any 2 devices at any time - fine

In this case, there is only 1 adult.

However you won’t be able to book 2 rooms because there isn’t 2 people old enough to do that. You need someone 18+ for each cabin. Your TA won’t be able to override that. Their system won’t even allow that to be possible.
I don’t think that’s true. As long as the cabins are connecting or adjacent, you can book 2 rooms with only 1 adult.

Don't think I've seen it that low in years ! THANKS for sharing - I reserved both day 2 and 9.
Now I'm going to check some more upcoming sailings.

I cancelled and repurchased on all of the cruises where we are having lunch in Gio/Jamie's and most of those sailings have already changed the price back up. This was obviously an intern fubar...
So are we meeting for lunch on day 9? I chose 1:30? Of course I hope we’ve met long before day 9!!

I think they have a sale up. 30% off which is the most I've seen.
Just remember they adjust the base price when they run sales. Never look at the % off, just the actual price. 30% off of a higher base price maybe not be a better deal than 20% off a lower one.

Yes that would be really frustrating, however I have never seen that on all my cruises. Everyone that I have booked with short time it has been available, and everyone that I have booked with yrs in advance have opened up at least 1 yr prior to sailing.
I don't understand how I have been so lucky to be able to book all my dining, drinking and shore excursions so early while the "vast majority it seems" can not or has issues.
This is the first time I have encountered it. I booked our March 2025 cruise in May. MTD reservations opened in late August/early September. My previous cruises have had reservations open almost immediately.

Well I can see this being somewhat nerve wracking for those of us with planning OCD. If I were 4-5 months out & still unable to book, I’d be twitching too!

I spent $800 on 1 cruise and then $500 on another and now my next 3 cruises that I have booked will all be free drinks and I got 3 "comped" cruises for that as well. So on my last cruise that I only spent $500 in the casino was a comped cruise and I have one in March and next Dec are comped as well.
I have 5 offers for comped cruises that I will not even be able to use.
The value from the casino in drinks and cruises greatly outweighs the losses.
Wait, so I could walk into the casino, hand over $1300 and get 3 cruises comped with unlimited free drinks? Sounds like a deal to me as long as I don’t actually have to gamble. I’d be happy to just drop off a check.

Get Prime in the casino and bar bill will be $0.00.
And how much do you have to spend in the casino to get that zero bar bill??!

Personally I feel the same about Disney but since my grandsons had never been to Disney EVER, they wanted to go so we made it happen….almost. They now have 1 year to use the tickets. We have annual passes but they expire in Nov and I have intention of renewing them. We’ll worry about our tickets when we find out when they can go.
I will have to take the 7 year old granddaughter at some point. She was only 5 months old when we took the last family trip so she gets at least 1. The boys are older & not that interested in Disney. They are, however, expressing interest in cruising.

Have a great time ! Milton caused us to miss Disney with our grands.
Not doing Disney this time. Really I find Disney is just too much work these days. We are staying at the Marriott Grande Vista for a week & going to Universal (DD worked in entertainment there for 10 years), a water park & maybe Gatorland (she does seasonal work there too). The rest of the time, we’ll hang out at the resort. I made the mistake of overplanning last time.

That’s what I think too. I have chosen a time (5pm) that doesn’t seem to make me cancel our MTD reservation (7pm) and I will just figure the rest out later. Thanks all!
