Grandeur booking next February has Voom packages available and they are listed most days. However I have noticed that some days they are not shown but back again next day.
Managed to get a good deal last month for the 14 day trip for 2 devices with streaming for about 30% less than it is showing today so def worth checking daily.

Who knows exactly why but a lot of market research goes into naming.  It can be challenging to find a name that doesn't offend someone in some language and is generally clear of trademarks or registrations by similar companies.  
It's easy to look back and find fault but I'm not sure they knew 13 or 14 years ago how this experiment would turn out.   It wasn't always cast in stone there would be this many.
It could have been worse... Just look at Boaty McBoatface.

Yes, we check for better deals. We have an alert system that notifies us of any price changes to your cruise and we will apply that if it's better. Plus, as @Matt said we frequently talk to one another.
I try to get back to you within an hour, but on busy days or if it's overnight (or a complicated question) it might take a little longer.
Pretty knowledgeable with ports of call and embarkation ports- everything is customizable but I know of great hotels for each budget in the major embarkation cities, as well as what there is to do in most common places such as the Caribbean, cruise ports in Europe, and Alaska.
We pay RCCL directly, all charges show up on your credit card from RCCL, NOT us. I just do it on your behalf. 

Our 3 x B2B out of Sydney in 2018 was on Ovation and she was amazing. The first 10 days were around New Zealand and the last 14 were to Singapore via Brisbane/Darwin/Kuala Lumpur - and both were fantastic. However, the middle part bolted into the 27 day trip was a 3 day 'taster cruise' which took us just off the coast of Australia. I think the same people from @CruisingOz's Carnival experience were on for those 3 days as it was not an enjoyable atmosphere! Finding people passed out in the elevators, people confined to cabins for being drunk and disorderly and having to tip-toe around vomit in numerous places was a little off-putting!!
With hindsight we should have got off at Sydney with some hand luggage and spent 3 days enjoying the amazing city and local beaches!! 
So for the topic of the thread, would not avoid the ship but would avoid the actual 'trip'!

I can say without reservation of any kind, I WILL NEVER SAIL THE REGENT SUN AGAIN.  
I was on her in 1995.  She sunk in 2001.

All the way in the back of the ship.  Remember....the Vision class ships have their solariums in the aft and the Windjammer up front.  Backwards from all the rest.

It's in the corner of the Solarium as indicated by the silverware icon on Deck 9.

Deck plans from 3rd party sites show it, on Royal's site there is a symbol for dining and an empty square box where Park Cafe is located. 
 
 

Only been on 3 ships to date with 3 different companies - Ovation for 3 B2B cruises, Azura with P&O  from Barbados and Musica with MSC as part of a package that included the Rio Carnival. Although I also did a 2 day marketing conference on P&O Oriana many years ago so could count that too I guess!
All of the ships were great in their own way, and each cruise memorable, but I would not rush back to MSC purely due to the lack of customer service shown by the 'senior' staff and the lack of care they showed when I had an issue with the drinks packages we had pre-purchased months before they changed their package names.  
Absolutely no complaints about RCI or P&O, which is why I was excited to get booked on Grandeur next Feb. Even if not as modern as Ovation, it sounds like most people on here have glowing opinions of her! 

YIPPEE !!!  We are booked.  Feb 20 14 nights.  2 BR Grand Suite on the aft.  While we were booking our room the other 2 BR GS got snatched up, too.  They are going fast.  Super great price, IMO.  They gave us a casino discount, resident discount, and balcony discount.  There was a military discount too but it was the same as the resident discount so we just took the resident so we don't have to worry about bringing a DD214 to the port.

Storage space clearly defined as his and hers (or whatever is most appropriate) with PIN or fingerprint access so I can actually have some storage space for my stuff!!
