In this rendering the existing beach areas are still there (green arrow).  Labadee doesn't charge for loungers or just having a beach day and I suspect CocoCay won't either.

Most of CocoCay is undeveloped now.  My guess is that what is there today will remain and available close to what it is today, they are not going to take away the beach, loungers or free buffet lunch.

I just thought of this...everyday lingo is related to cruising..even overhearing the following conversation:

When cruise lingo becomes part of your everyday language..."The bathroom? Sure! that's located on the port side of the building right after you pass the two cabins (offices) near the buffet" 
 

Only 4 booked for me....but the years not over yet!

My understanding of it is that it's a rule, but I think it's more strongly enforced with overseas trips than something like this where we'll be embarking and disembarking from the US. I'm hoping it doesn't bite my spouse, she still has to get her passport for our cruise in March. Kept trying over the last two months and kept hitting roadblocks on the required documents. 

When I refer to NCL's steakhouse as "Chop's" instead of "Cagney's...then they correct me and I reply "Like it Matters"  (haha)

you would think! It's more of a case of if the wife can actually get the time off....that or he really hates his wife!

My friend can't decide if he wants to bring his wife or his sister.....

I just hope they don't do away with the Sea Pass cards....I'm sure I'm not the only one collects them....
