No need to remove the cord, USB hubs pass through with no problems

Starbucks locations are only available on Allure of the Seas®, Harmony of the Seas®, Mariner of the Seas®, Navigator of the Seas®, Oasis of the Seas®, Symphony of the Seas®  Currently.  They will give "Stars" as usual when you purchase a drink but do not however honor the redemption of any starbucks promotions such as "Free Drinks."  None of the Items at a Starbucks Kiosk are included with any Drink Packages as well.  Cafe Promenade does have some coffee selections made with Starbucks beans (Seattle's Best) that can be obtained with a drink package.

I have had espressos and lattes in the main dining room but I don't recall them ever asking for my seapass card to see if I had a package or charge me for the drink. All the coffee drinks made with Starbucks beans in Cafe Promenade are included in the refreshment and DBP.

You're still g2g for the deluxe package for your specialty coffees at Cafe Promenade. The only times they aren't included is on ships that have a full Starbucks location on them. I think those are only on some Oasis and Quantum class ships anyway, so you'll be g2g on Freedom. 
Not sure about the MDR at breakfast for specialty coffee.

You helped me google better lol.  I didn't know the word "pullman."  Once I used this, I found the post below and it confirms there is a pullman right there and the couch is just a normal couch.  Even has a picture in the comments of the exact setup.  Thanks!

At the very beginning of this video you can see what I think is a pullman bed in the ceiling . Unfortunately we don't get a great look at it -

It is much, much more likely that the speed fluctuations are due to network capacity, weather, clouds, location on the ship, location of the ship, etc rather than RC randomly lowering their contracted bandwidth.  I would guess they signed some sort of contract with Starlink for a set amount of bandwidth for a set amount of time.

Welcome to the forum Speggy!  I'm taking my first RCCL trip next year as well and one thing I'm good at is research.
AFAIK all bars on the ship accept the package, including the Bionic Bar last I have seen.  You can definitely use it for drinks during dinner, though a recent discussion here seems to point to service being somewhat slow when ordering a drink at dinner (at least in the MDR) and that stopping by a bar on your way to dinner and bringing the drink with you is a much better option.  You are correct that room service is not included, but you are always welcome to get a drink and take it back to your room to enjoy.
The line is doing a trial run on the "all or none" package purchase on a few sailings this year, no idea what they will do from there.  With any luck the push-back will convince them not to implement it fleet wide, but given Carnival and Norwegian both have a similar requirement I am thinking it is not a matter of 'if' but 'when'.
