Unfortunately, the MDR always serves powdered eggs and so you have to order carefully or you will get them.  On the O class ships (and probably on Q class as well) your orders come from the CK and you can get real eggs but on all the other classes you can only order what is available in the MDR and as Matt said, powdered eggs it unless you order around them.
The temperature of the food is a toss-up.  USUALLY our food arrives very promptly and it is still nice and hot but I have also had the delivery delayed with cold food.  It's room service - you get what you get.

Love Grandeur .... never been in a Grand Suite so I couldn't help with this particular question ..... Can't wait to be back on her in October.

Any meal can be ordered from the MDR and delivered to your suite at no charge AS LONG as the order is for delivery during normal MDR operating hours.
I find breakfast to be particularly enjoyable.  Be sure and clarify that you want REAL eggs.

Not crowded at all considering we had 5 ships in port that day. No issue finding a chair at the beach or seat at the open air bar and grill 

@BugsyCruiser thank you so much for posting these pics! Based on @Matt recommendations and you, this is what I'm doing for my January cruise. It looks so very beautiful! This hotel has been around for many many years, I can see that they've really kept it up, it used to be a Sheraton, maybe once Hilton bought it. So exited! Thank you!!!

So I learned something new today...Thank you @Boston Babe for the info to the Royal Vacation Planner.  This was one of the most pleasant conversations I have ever had with any RC rep.  I still don't quite understand the role of these dedicated vacation planners.  They still work for Royal and you can still transfer your reservation to your own TA afterwards.  Do they just provide more personalized service because you can keep calling the same rep over and over again? 
Anyway, my question yesterday was what would happen to the 3rd/4th guest if adding them in after a period of time.  Well, it turns out, @WAAAYTOOO you were onto something.  When adding additional guests to a reservation with 2 people on it already, the additional guests would pay prevailing rates.  However, if you book 3 guests initially, then all remaining guests would have their rates locked in at the rate of the 3rd guest at the time of booking.  I got all of this in writing too.  Thought it was interesting because I have never come across that before.

Booked on Freedom out of San Juan in June 2019, so it appears that San Juan is home base for an extended period.

Wow, that's great to hear about Adventure! How was it? Lots of refurbishing? I"m so glad you had a great time. We are booked on her for next years NE/Canada and are looking forward to it. You will probably have an older crowd but hey even us older ones can have some fun! LOL. I think you should go for it.  I believe there are a few on this board that has done this cruise. Looks like you will be sailong over Labor Day so it's hard to say with younger families too.

We are sailing on her from FLL to SJU one way on 5/6/18, which will make her home port SJU.  The adventure will take her place in the Fall in FLL

I'm on her for the group cruise, so my guess is that she'll be going into drydock just after that; that's usually my luck as I ended up on the last sailing of the Liberty before her drydock. ;)

So it stands to reason, maybe she'll be in San Juan in November if you're on her this October. Thank you!!

I don't believe Royal has any ships sailing from San Juan in the summer. She's usually redeployed to Europe, but I have checked the latest itineraries to see if that's still the case. 

Great lighthouse tour in Portland, and a lighthouse boat tour in Bar Harbor.  My favorite was/is Peggy's Cove.
