  1. My response to this is not using a TA isn't necessarily a problem. Rather, you only stand to benefit by using a TA. So imagine getting back extra time you used to spend on the phone/online with RC. I have found using a TA frees me up to something else. So from my perspective, it's nothing but added benefit. Definitely nothing wrong doing it yourself, but I enjoy the added service of a TA.
  2. Yes, as long as you are not past final payment, should be no problem changing it. Have your travel agent take care of it.
  3. Being in a suite as I type this, I gotta say it is really nice having this amount of space to enjoy.
  4. If you book a specific sailing, there are much more lucrative onboard credit offers than if you make an open booking (NextCruise Certificate). Keep in mind you can book something in the future, but have the option to change that sailing later on and retain the onboard booking bonus.
  5. There will be two formal nights and the first formal night will be on day 2
  6. I don't believe you can "trade" one benefit for another.
  7. Similar to this: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2016/06/09/spotted-izumi-sushi-windjammer-liberty-of-the-seas ?
  8. Can't wait to read this! Do you have anything planned that is new to you on this sailing?
  9. They would certainly be the most clued-in because RC informs them of the schedule closer to the actual date. If you really want to jump on a sailing on day 1, I'd advise working with a TA ahead of time.
  10. Here's an old post about the complimentary stuff in Windjammer on Liberty. No promises this is still a thing: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2016/06/09/spotted-izumi-sushi-windjammer-liberty-of-the-seas
  11. You will be fine bringing those onboard. My kids are 2 and 6, and over the years we have brought toddler snacks on without an issue.

  13. To answer your question, no, we do not know exactly when any of the deployments will open precisely.
  14. I could have sworn I saw a photo of Izumi Express on Liberty the other week. I haven't been on Liberty, but I imagine it's the same set up as on Freedom: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2016/09/16/review-izumi-express-sushi-royal-caribbeans-freedom-of-the-seas
  15. I think it's like the drink package in that if you have a cover charge, you're more likely to order more since the cost is the same to you.
  16. I'm trying out the Hyatt Place at Miami International Airport later this week.
  17. The headline shows on Oasis are: Oasis of Dreams Come Fly with Me Cats Here is when you can start making reservations: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2016/07/23/first-time-cruisers-when-can-i-prebook-entertainment-dining-and-more-my-royal-caribbean
  18. Is your question related to why the excursion is no longer available to book on the site?
  19. It's essentially free money on top of whatever other promotion RC is running. Think of it more like "sweetening the deal" rather than a special promotion
  20. I believe you are referring to the Diamond drink coupons: http://www.royalcaribbeanblog.com/2014/07/17/cruising-101-crown-and-anchor-society-complimentary-drink-coupons
  21. I stayed in the Cambria Suites, which is close to the airport. They have a shuttle (although I drove myself).
  22. That is what always happens to me. I've been waitlisted many times and they have always come through, except one time. In that one time, I went to speak to head waiter in MDR on embarkation day and he immediately had us changed to our preferred dining rotation without any hesitation.
