Did I ask this already? I thought about it but maybe I asked already? Consider it old lady brain and apologies….! 
 

My adult daughter has cruised RC once before- about 8 years ago with her in laws and husband. 

when I booked our reservation for a cruise in July 2025,  I let RC tell me her CA number. I assumed it was accurate since it asked me for her name and birthdate - and her address. 
 

when she downloaded the app and registered, it assigned her another CA number. So her app doesn’t show her upcoming July cruise.  her new number has zero cruises.

could she get this fixed with an email to crown and anchor? We have both numbers. or does this need to be managed with a phone call (ugh but that’s pure torture IMO) we could wait until we are onboard but id like her to be able to use the app before we travel. 
 

or if you have experience with this, is there an easy solution?

If you're on Facebook, try sending them a message through their page there. I've used this method several times and they have always responded and resolved promptly.

It should be an easy fix on their end.  I’ve had two numbers created for me before, after my most recent cruise.  I sent an email and they never responded.  I ended up calling several times over the course of a month to get them to merge the accounts.  I called the dedicated C&A phone number to get it resolved.  The lady that helped me needed to get tech support involved but they had it fixed within 5 minutes.

Years back, somebody opened a second account in my name. When they did they lost my points? Found a few but a lot were lost for years finally found most. It was a struggle to get fixed. What made it more difficult is I didn't notice for a while. Stay on top of it. Facebook C+A seems to be a good contact point. Now and then a second person with same name gets added to the confusion . Often I get his booking info or ads trying to push me into finishing a booking. So I stay on top of it.

Fiancé  has problems with status match on Celebrity but they are different group.

Try 1-(800)526-9723 for C+A if facebook doesn't work...

This happened to me last year. I've sailed on RC a lot, but didn't notice that my C&A # wasn't showing on my cruise docs for one cruise, so after the cruise I realized that they had assigned everything to this new # and i was losing the benefits/points.

It took a couple of calls to finally get it resolved.....but it did get resolved and all points restored! now, i'm careful to double-check the cruise docs to make sure all of us have the correct C&A number on the reservations!

I had this exact problem last year--I went on a cruise and, rather than those points being added to my existing account, the system for some reason created a duplicate account. 

I emailed crownandanchor@rccl.com and they had the situation resolved in just a few days.

I gotta follow up with this one - as I've called, emailed and then used Facebook messaging to try to fix it. Nothing worked and everyone would be very polite but simply tell me they will work on it but they see nothing to fix. I started thinking I was explaining myself poorly. That I was speaking Greek while they were speaking Portuguese....  And I sat back to wonder how else can I explain this dilemma.

All of a sudden this morning - a Facebook message came to me - with simple instructions. She can update her crown and anchor number herself from within her account. Simply delete her "new" CA number - SAVE - and then add her old one to her account - SAVE - and refresh the page. Her previous status should show up and her previous cruises, etc.

IT WORKED. I didn't need them to merge the accounts. I didn't need them to remove the new number RC assigned to her. She simply had to change the CA number....

WAH-LA!

Yes! My intent was for my daughter to be able to see her upcoming cruise in the app… I knew it would be messier if she cruised with that number.  Thank you!
