All this week, I've tried to purchase items in the cruise planner.  Quite a number of times, I put it in the cart and I go try and pay.  It would say booked, but then they payment didn't go through and I never received an email from Royal that I got it of course. Order would say processing. I also most of the time did not get an email that it had an issue, which was annoying. I tried different cards and no luck.  i tried restarting my computer, no luck. I tried incognito mode, no luck. Tried different computer, no luck. Ended up calling Royal and doing the excursions and paying for them over the phone.  Now this was a linked reservation which should not have been a problem as I did get it to work a couple of times. I have been on a number of cruises and have never had this issue.  Has anyone else had this issue and did you do a workaround that worked besides calling like I did?  Thanks in advance if someone has a solution.  I did explain the situation to the person on the phone so they could put in a 'ticket' to let them know. 

sorry, I put this in the wrong message board. I thought I was in the Royal discussion.  The powers to be can move this if they want.
