happy cruisers 2
We'll be in an Allure OS soon and have learned from others that we could head straight to CK for lunch on embarkation day. In the past, we got our SeaPass cards when our cabin became available. Does anyone know if that's the case on Allure, or how does one access CK for that first meal prior to getting into the cabin? Newhouse of the Seas
We recently sailed on Ovation, for which we didn't get our SeaPass cards until our cabin became available. We headed straight to CK for lunch on embarkation day. Upon arrival @ CK, we provided them with our room number since we didn't have our cards yet & they were able to look up our room / confirm we were eligible for lunch there. Xaa
Show up and tell them who you are. You'll have your set sail pass but won't need it. AndyPandy
happy cruisers 2
Thanks, Xaa. I'm expecting a locked door, just like the Suite Lounge, but that should work. Your help is appreciated!
Lovetocruise2002
Sometimes on boarding day, the door is locked. Someone will usually let you in though. And then they will ask for your cabin number. Just give that to them and you're on your way to a great lunch! CruiseGus

Srp431
on symphony last year. The first day the door was left opened until dinner and then it was locked. they just asked for your room number earlier in the day.
bobroo
One of the double doors to the Suite Lounge on Allure is broken and does not close all the way. During my sailing last week, never did I need my Seapass to enter. CrimsonCruiser, 27th Lady and WAAAYTOOO 1 1
AndyPandy
The lady at reception always let us in.
CrimsonCruiser
The doors are still locked but there is almost always someone standing at or near the host desk that will open the door. You can give your room number and they will seat you.

We gave up and headed to Jamie's. Now, I love both venues! WAAAYTOOO
