Someone posted that a bartender on Royal gave her the recipe and it had Cointreau in it. Other websites, not connected with Royal, also have Cointreau or Triple Sec in their recipes.

For some reason, Royal skipped this ingredient in their official recipe. You might want to ask the Royal bartender to add it to your drink.

Sea & Tea has a unique flavor because of the Lagoon Bay.  I thought at first it would taste like Blue Curaçao, but it didn't.

Yes, you can order any drink as long as the bar has the ingredients. It doesn’t even have to be on any Royal Carribean menu. Some guests have their own custom recipes, and the bartenders make them.
