beth555 Posted July 16, 2023 Report Share Posted July 16, 2023 I am using the mobile app. I have 2 upcoming cruises. When I pull up the 1st cruise. It has an orange banner and says we hit a snag, try again later. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times and when I had someone else try on their phone they get the same message. It has been like this for over a month. The 2nd cruise is fine on the app. I called and they told me IT was looking into it but no luck so far. Does anyone know how I can fix this. Yes and when I called them to ask if they could remove the booking and add it back they said they could see the booking and there was no problem. Katiemay0101 Posted July 19, 2023 Report Share Posted July 19, 2023 I booked a November cruise to Nassau and have had the same issue with the app. I was told it was a glitch and they're working on it and if possible to make any pre-cruise purchases (drink package, excursions) online instead of on the app. I've been told it will definitely be fixed before the cruise date. So what's wrong with 19th ?!? Cure, is only to either by yourself or your TA to keep complaining to Royal! Officially, having them open ticket, then eventually they will fix it!
