Jamesszy94
If I answer yes - what happens If I answer no - what also happens? There were crew members who asked me to provide positive ratings...
Matt
If a crew member reminds you there is a survey and/or it’s important, that’s fine and I answer “no”. But if they guilt you about how it needs to be 5 stars or it’s a problem, then answer “yes” because they’re not supposed to do that. CrimsonCruiser
From what i remember it won't ask you to give names or anything like that. I think if you hit yes you get a text box to explain what happened. Like Matt said, they can (and i believe are expected to) remind you of the survey same way you'll hear people in retail say there's a survey at the bottom of the receipt. And they may tip toe into that grey area a bit by saying " 1 is the lowest, 10 is best" but if they directly ask for a 10, a high rating, or a good score that's a big no no. PG Cruiser
As crew member start to give their spiel about the survey, I quickly warn them nicely not to ask me for high ratings. I don't want to have to lie when doing the survey. CruiseGus and CrimsonCruiser
Angel Mann
Completely off topic (even though I did wonder that same thing when we completed our survey) but I just wanted to say I love your signature pic/chart @PG Cruiser! Did you make that yourself? I want one lol.

Austin
Nothing except a 10 counts on the surveys. Lots of corporations (retail to healthcare) use these type of surveys and even a score of a 9 “counts against you.” It doesn’t make sense, but that’s how it’s handled. PPPJJ-GCVAB
No one deserves a 10 if they did not deliver a 10 quality service. I’ve been asked to give all 10’s when purchasing a car…from a family friend…never feels right! Surveys…uggghhhh.
PL8SWPR
January on the Mariner was the first time in 4 cruises that the word "survey" wasn't spoken a single time to us. I was actually surprised.
