We have been to a couple of the well known beaches before and we decided to try something different. Google this one: Moomba Beach Bar & Restaurant. They have loungers in the shade, ocean front with great views, a reasonable bar and restaurant and close to some shops for shopping. It's walkable but we opted doe a taxi to and from. Neesa
@Moorea71We did RIU Aruba day pass, we did the family one but there is an adults only one also right next door. Amazing all inclusive experience food and alcohol included. Pool and beach, chairs, umbrellas, towels included. It was our second time there, 5.00 per person for the quick taxi ride over and the bell man calls a taxi for you back to the ship if one isn't waiting there already. We highly recommend from our experiences. The crowd was a nice one, nothing crazy. Resortforaday.com It was just on June 1, 2022 90.00 deposit and 300.00 balance at the resort. Worth every penny. The food had so many choices and the place was clean, food was fresh. I think it was on Palm Beach. Sand and ocean water was gorgeous. Theydid have a casino and spa for extra cost and it's on a boardwalk type situation so you can go for a long walk to explore other hotels. They had an understated security guard posted between the pool area and beach to keep out guests who did not pay to stay. Highly recommend at least the family side. It's expensive so not to many little ones that we saw. There was a little kids camp so maybe that's where they were at. Can you tell I want to go back? Moorea71
Great Info, Thanks will look into RUI and the Moomba Beach Bar & restaurant. They both sounds like great option for what we are looking for. We are family of 5, however, kids are older 15, 22, 22. Thanks again,

Sounds pretty expensive even for an all inclusive.

CrimsonCruiser
We did the dePalm excursion through Royal. Free lunch & drinks. 3 water slides and free snorkel. Flamingos to see and take photos with. Nice beach but VERY rocky. Overall, it was really nice. My only complaint was it felt really small but that probably has a lot to do with the fact the island isn't all that big to begin with. Aron_Ross
For our Nov 12th sailing on Harmony this year, we will be in Aruba until 11pm. Any suggestions for nighttime activities?

Any suggestions for nighttime activities? Taking in a sunset from an island or a sailboat is a rare opportunity when cruising since most of the time the ship has left port when the sun sets. There are a number of beaches or beach bars where you could watch the sun go down in Aruba or take a sunset catamaran excursion. We are doing the ABC loop in Oct. Having trouble finding the cost for 2 chairs and an umbrella on both A & C. We want to be sure and bring enough cash with us. Does anyone recall the going rate on each island. I only found one place listing a price so far, and they wanted $80 for the day ( I'm used to St Martin's Rates ) Thanks!
