Leighq Posted March 3, 2022 Report Share Posted March 3, 2022 I did something similar at my previous job at Home Depot basically before you clocked in you had to do a health questionnaire prior to your shift. It is an app version (health button) that opens 24 hours before your scheduled check in at the pier and then a reaffirmation verbally at pier check in that none of your answers has changed. Got it, thanks. Yes, they don’t ask to see any of it though. The “wellness check” is nothing more than a process formality and lasts about 30 seconds.
