twangster
At the moment with reduced capacity the WJ is not open past 3pm on most ships. cruisellama
Rob&Ana
Maybe when the passenger counts get a bit higher they will open it up again.
CrznTxn
Only cruise that I saw where Windjammer was open was Ovation on her last sailing of the season. Matt was on it and said they were at around 75% capacity which triggered the opening. I do not think they will open it for dinner until they reach 60% or more. Can see why, on our last two cruises the MDR and specialty restaurants were not full at dinner. RCIfan1912
smokeybandit
If you're concerned specifically about tea, you can still get it at Sorrentos or whatever smaller ship equivalent there is. bryresangel

Cafe Latte-tudes is what it is on smaller ships. @Mick gracey Are you asking specifically about sailings that depart from England? Here in the U.S., tea time is not really a thing. Maybe RCL should have that more often seeing as how "Royal" is in their name
Ampurp85
I always thought for the British "tea" meant a meal. At least that was the case, when I visited. They had afternoon "tea" aka lunch and evening tea, which was dinner.
