That's anyone's guess. I find it hard to believe they'd have such a Chinese restaurant concept for North American cruises, but I'm not sure there's any guarantees of anything right now.

It definitely adds some variety to the types of cuisine you can get onboard considering Asian cuisine is so different between cultures.

I was also looking for this information, so I will share what I've found.

Quantum is now sailing from its Australian home port in Brisbane, for the cruise season Nov to April.

Splash Away Cafe is included and does still serve noodles and other asian food types.
