My wife and I really love the Solariums on RC. So much that that may be one of the determining factors on picking a ship and cruise, as silly as that might seem. With that being said, which RC ship has the best solarium and why? Happy cruising!

I totally agree with @WAAAYTOOO. Not sure why you would want to rebook with a TA that you have been unhappy with for a long time. As @sk8erguy1978mentioned, there are a lot of happy people here with the service they have received from MEI. Happy cruising!

I was pretty sure it applied to both, as I have been following the Venice situation since last year. I guess it's not so easy to just "pick" another port of call. Just wondering since the home porting situation has already been changed.

I know that RC is not going to sail out of Venice starting next year, as our Greek Isle cruise was moved to Ravenna. The question I have is that there is still cruises that have Venice as a port of call next year. Is RC still stopping at Venice or have they just not changed the port of call next year on those sailings? Or does the move only have to do with being positioned in Venice for the season? Happy cruising!

At this point, I'm still hoping that our Greek Isle cruise next year, Lift and Shifted from this year is still a go. With the World moving so fast and changing day to day, it's hard to think that far in advance. That being said, Alaska or one of European cruises would be great. We are probably one of the few cruisers that don't want to sail to warm weather ports. We prefer the cooler climates. Happy cruising!

That sucks to put it mildly. Kathy, our new TA from MEI told me when I asked her the same question about our policy through Allianz, that they were allowing policies to carry over until next year.

I think the Tutti Bar is technically a buffet, so we will have to see what the future brings, and how quickly it returns. I hope it isn't gone forever, it is the highlight of our sea days!

We have a similar balcony set-up with a corner balcony JS on Rhapsody Greek Isle cruise, now rebooked for 10/21.

I hadn't considered that. I'm caught up in switching TA's with the MEI situation. I'll have to ask Kathy about that. I'm trying to let her breathe, since we aren't going till 10/21. I'm sure she has more pressing clients than us.

I'm sorry for your loss. With Leslie working from home for the foreseeable future, we had decided when this craziness started to foster some dogs. We have had 5 so far. One just overnight and one for as long as 5 weeks. They have been a little sanity in all this craziness. They have been good for the heart.

Our end cost was about $1800 less than what I had originally booked the cruise at. It's currently 10% above final cost. L&S might be the quickest and of course easiest course of action. Like I stated above, waiting on the FCC might just be eaten up by increasing fares. My head is spinning. I just want to cruise. I need some escargot and a lamb shank!

Rules without enforcement mean nothing. Like wearing shorts in the MDR. I miss the simpler pre-Covid days when that was the big argument of the day. I can't wait for those days to return! ?

We plan on taking the same exact cruise next year. Same week and everything. The prices right now are about 10% higher than we paid. The additional 25% FCC might be eaten up by rising prices and might not seem as enticing. They haven't officially cancelled our cruise yet. Sitting at 100 days today. I suspect its coming in the next 30days or so and then we can make a decision.

Which is a better choice and why? I'm going to have to make a decision soon. I'm sorry if this was discussed previous.
