Its working fine with me...I got 2 FCC from 1 canceled cruise, already used on of them, and i am able to see the amount i still have on the other FCC.

Yes, i tried that, i also tried incognito mode...nothing.

I was able to do just that on the new website, you put the last name and the number of the FCC and it tells you the amount you have. But now i am not able to get the new website...i always have the old one. If i remember correctly it was before you choose the number of persons...but im not sure.

I was able to see the new website once on safari, but now i dont get it anymore. Only the old format for me.

Due to the low prices i booked for the first time a B2B. The TA that goes from 20 to 30 OCT and then the one in the topic. The Bahamas one is the cheapest one and i was able to get a Grand Loft Suite. I will be in Star Class for the first time! Hope this virus will go way by then. -
Hello all, I was looking at some cruises and noticed that the prices of this cruise are the cheapest i have ever seen. Any reason for this? Am i missing something? Thanks. Miguel.

Hello! Thanks for your reply, i always choose Portugal in the Royal Caribbean site because i never know if i can book a cruise from the usa website...The rates sometime are different. I also noticed that everytime i book a cruise i never get the email with the booking pdf, i always have to call them and ask for it. Also, in my confirmation invoice i have what i think is a TA. The name is IR WEB DIRECT PORTUGAL and it has an agent id. Can i just book a cruise in the USA website and then transfer it to a TA?

I thought all agents were the same and knew every rule....clearly i was wrong. What do i have to do to speak with one of the agents that know how to do that kind of stuff?

Thanks, i will research that. I was very surprised when they told me that i would lose my fcc....So far i am very happy with RC. Even now with all this mess i think they are doing the right things.
