Dinner last night was at wonderland. We actually really enjoy dinner there. The kids like the novelty of the food and the whole thing. 

Johnny really loves the green paper. And the cotton candy for his drinks!

we got a mix of the small plates. Not pictured was “The birds nest” which are basically smoked deviled eggs.

For entrees, Johnny got the chicken tenders, and Lydia the burger skewers 

The Boss got the short ribs, and I got the pork belly. Johnny tried mine and loved it, and maybe next time around will graduate from the kids menu.

We all shared The World for dessert and left with VERY full bellies.

I forgot to mention, that earlier we had the kids run down to Johnny rockets for us to bing back some onion rings and chili cheese fries for a snack. Apparently the portion sizes were much bigger than I remember…….

Johnny is an adventurous eater. did he try the iguana stew.  I love alligator stew.

Oops...I made a mistake about the date for Wonder rezzie for our annual comp.  We actually used Dan's annual Club Royale tier comp for our August Wonder cruise.  The upcoming (May) cruise on Wonder is our Pinnacle cruise.  Forgive the old brain.

You are right @Sweety, normally I cannot because I am stuck teaching during those times, and my own kids have school during those times. However, every few years, I take a year off teaching, and Icon inaugural happened to fall into this year that I am off teaching. I started doing this when I went back to work and the kids were little. It gave me a chance every few years to slow down and spend more time with them. Those who teach know that your days are a blur and sadly, you sometimes spend more time with the kids in your classroom, more than your own. Anyway, with the freeloaders now almost 16/18, this is my last "year off". The next time I am off, I will be sailing my "hell to the bell" cruise! Looking like 2030 at this point. Cannot wait. No more sailing during high season at that point.

My oasis cruises have increased. I am using this for leverage when I book with Hubby card. I am going to save him money. I WONDER if he will understand, I have his best interest at heart.

I booked another Oasis cruise for August 2025.  I still have two short cruises to book and 1 long cruise. I wonder!

It's the only way to get through the school year. I will be studying the schedule, while the students will be learning how to budget.
