  1. So, it's $100 aprox pp for heated stone lounge chairs, a dry sauna, and a wet sauna?
  2. First on Harmony and then on Ovation a couple of my wifes bathing suits were bleached out by the chemicals. We have another cruise on Symphony and will leave the good suits at home.
  3. I'm very aware of that. Unfortunately, for some of non US cruisers is very difficult to take a test just before the cruise, so we have to plan ahead. Thank you.
  4. If your cruise leaves on Saturday, It's possible to get a test at 12:01 AM on thursday? Does the time of the test matters?
  5. The problem is that the price for 3 people is in a guarantee cabin, so there's no way to know what sub category is. And in the other prices they just don't make sense. It's more expensive an ocean view cabin for 3 (one kid) ($8007 approx!) than a balcony for the same 3 people. I mean, Balcony ocean room for $5118 approx vs Ocean View for $8007 approx is just nuts!
  6. June 18th. This date is included in the KSF promotion.
  7. I just don't understand this so called "promotions". I did a mock booking on Symphony for the 6/18 sailing. It clearly states that it includes the KSF promotion. 2 adults on an ocean view balcony (not guarantee) = $3735 approx 2 adults, one kid under 12 on an ocean view balcony = $5118 approx and this is on a guarantee cabin (it's the only option available) So much for the KSF... And all the other cabin prices goes crazy as well as soon as you include a kid in a cabin... It's more expensive an ocean view cabin for 3 (one kid) ($8007 approx!) than a balcony for the same 3 people. I mean, Balcony ocean room for $5118 approx vs Ocean View for $8007 approx is just nuts! It's more expensive a central park balcony guarantee than an ocean view balcony guarantee. This doesn't make any sense!
  8. Same here. It's complicated for us living outside the US.
  9. So, where are you supposed to collect your bags? Next to your room or anywhere in the same hall as your room? I ask because on my last two cruises I had to look for them well after 2pm and they weren't even near my cabin.
  10. Thanks so much! You're right, I think 150 is the best choice!
  11. I understand that this package only includes 3 dinners on separate days and that's it. It's not like 3 days of specialty restaurants where you can have a early "snack" on one and then have dinner later that night on another. Am I right? Also, my wife an I would like to have Wonderland and Hooked, but we're not sure about our 3rd choice. What specialty would you recommend on this ship?
  12. Matt, do you know if there's a way to purchase this test if I live outside the US, maybe buy it and send it to the hotel? We have a cruise on June and I've been looking for testing options and this sounds like the better one.
  13. Don't buy a package for each passenger. Only buy one package with 4 devices. It's cheaper this way.
  14. Same here, almost the same price or even more expensive than the prices quoted by all the major online booking sites.
  15. It seems that it's too early to bid for me yet (90 days out). I'll have to wait! Thanks!
  16. How does this works? I've never received and e-mail from Royal Up on any of my previous cruises. For my next cruise I've tried to go directly to the Royal Up page and enter my information, then a pop up says "Please wait while we check your eligibility", and a spinning wheel, buy it stays there forever.
  17. Has anyone used this service? Do you recommend them?
  18. Hi!, couple of questions. How do you move in St John? I remember there's some kind of public transport but doesn't seems very reliable And What is the best way to get there? On your own or with a RC excursion ?
  19. I've read on the past that the JR milkshakes are a hit or miss depending on the ship or crew member on duty. Has anyone tried to use their package this way?
  20. How does other cruise lines like Princess deal with this? They do and they don't charge you for towels... It's possible and feasible.
  21. This stupid policy doesn't seems to be in the same level/category of this Cruise Line. As stated before, who would steal those towels? Other cruise lines doesn't care if you return on time or not the towels, you have towels on your cabin, on the pier, on pool deck, etc... Here you have to "check out" the towels like a low level hotel. It´s baffling
  22. This... I wonder why someone with a severe health problem wouldn't return to answer with so many empathic responses.
  23. The same thing happened to me. They wouldn't let me use the Harmony's Zipline with my water shoes... shoes I used the day before on the Zipline on Labadee ?
