Well the @twangster is very elusive and you will need to work harder to catch a rare picture opportunity of him , here is how : 
First, go to all the bars on the ship and order Kraken rum until the barman will tell you he don not have anymore. Be sure to buy one bottle for later , you will need it.  Second collect some diet coke from the vending machine.  Wait until  4 am a, leave the bottle of rum and the diet coke on the pool deck were it is visible from an excellent photo ops location, it might help if you will hang  near the bottle a sign saying "the best Voom reception point on the ship"  . Now all you need to do is to wait and cross you fingers, with some luck you might catch a glance of his shadow.

Root Beer is way better in it's non diet form. Still tastes medicine-y but something I'll crave every few years.

Checked my bookings and I see beginning with the 2019 sailings I have booked, the soda package is priced at $9.99 (2018 cruises still have it for $8.50).

This was from Mariner of the Seas in March 2019.
Not sure if it's fleetwide or which sailings are actually affected.

@MOTLEYBRUE it was on DCL that we first learned that trick. My kids were solo in the pool for half the day because we stayed on board at Castaway Cay.

No, not too late!  I 100% agree with Matt. All his points are mine also. PLUS, you get to enjoy an 4 O'clock-ish Pre-meal at a Café or sushi restaurant onboard! The TRUE Fourth Meal!! 

Funny you say that cause while I watched this scope with my daughter yesterday, I was saying to her how great it was to be able to watch events like this and belly flop in the Aqua Theatre. Not crowded and unobstructed views. You are definitely turning into a small ship guy ?

Well Matt did it...finally!!  A cruise we don't have  a scheduling conflict with..... NY/NJ, Bermuda, St Mateen,  and San Juan in one cruise.  WOW!!!  ONLY 574 DAYS AND THREE OTHER CRUISES IN BETWEEN!!!!
