Hi Matt, Is the general consensus that this early Black Friday Sale will be good for add-ons (packages), but the actual Black Friday sale is usually better for base cruise fare?

I don't know why, but it's the only podcast I have for which the artwork doesn't show. Tried deleting/ re-adding, but no luck.

Hello, yesterday when we were disembarking Utopia in Port Canaveral we noticed something unusual and thought for sure the folks on here would know what was going on. As you reach the bottom of the zig-zag bridge and once just back in the terminal section (windows looking at Utopia on right) there were two people sitting approx 20 yards apart, in a roped off section not much larger than the size of their chair. It appeared like they were being employed to look at the ship. They weren’t wearing security uniform, and one of the two seemed to be playing on his phone instead of looking out. Any idea what on earth they might have been doing?

Coming from Northern Ireland, I often just tell Americans I'm from Europe. It's much easier than explaining that it's not the Northern Island, or Iceland, or England for that matter. Sounds awful, but just not worth the breath. For reference, I absolutely love USA and this post is not meant as a slight. I just find Americans are very insular - pick up any of their newspapers, or indeed the posts on here about birth certificates vs passports.

Hi all, This might seem a bit of a daft post, I hope not. The draw of Royal Railway on Utopia is to make you think you are on a Railway, in the Wild West. It's all about the details, the small things, to immerse you in the theme? I noticed on some recent photos and vlogs that the welcome drinks are now served in regular glasses, where as before they were served in glass 'flasks', ie on point, on theme. This is obviously not. big deal, but potentially a slippery slope for what may be to come - what next, the beans cans, the bread basket.... At what point does it lose its vibe?

Hello all, Tempted to put in a Royal Up bid for a "Ultra Spacious Ocean View with Large Balcony". From Googling, i think this is a category 1A. Where can I find where these are all located on Utopia? I had a look online and saw about 5 or 6 of them in a row on deck 11 Aft. Are there more? I dont wish to be fully Aft or fully Fwd, nor the floor below the pool deck. I'm currently happy with the room I am in (Ocean View Balcony), but temped by a RoyalUp! Any help would be appreciated.

We were on Portside just last week. Didn't impress me much. Though, worst meal ever was Wonderland. You couldn't pay me to go back there.

Thought Id share this here - not sure I believe it though, but our server in Chops told us that when Oasis gets its dry dock in October, one of the changes will be getting rid of Portside BBQ and putting in a Wonderland in its place. To me it would make more sense putting in a Mason Jar, but I guess we shall see...

Thank you for posting this. Can you tell me how you booked this with the UDP and only managed to pay $17 upcharge? Do you book and pay full price on the website then somehow you get refunded? I have a late October sailing and would be very keen to book this (and have already paid for the UDP)
