  1. This is typically viewed as a good sign that you are likely to win your bid.
  2. I anticipate we'll miss the spring break crowd, but it'll probably still be higher capacity. Either way, just happy to be back on board!
  3. An alternate consideration could be purchasing a Thrill Island cabana - that way, you have a place to relax inside the park, the purchase I believe comes with waterpark access, and your kids will know where to find you through the day.
  4. Is is possible? Yes. Are there a lot of variables (delays at customs, delays at security, ship coming back in to port late, traffic) that could cause you to miss your flight? Absolutely. YMMV, but there's a strong chance that this could bring a lot of stress at the end of a very relaxing vacation.
  5. I'm definitely fine with that one.
  6. Hi there! Scheduled to be on Symphony in about a month - any stray observations from on board?
  7. As an iFit fan, this is really good to know. I could always set something up on the treadmill or bike, too.
  8. Thanks for this feedback!!! Might have to check out a yoga class and see if it's something I'd want to buy a pass for in the future. The spin class price is CRAZY!
  9. Agreed with Cafe Two70. I was super impressed with their available options on Odyssey and we found ourselves going there often for breakfast/lunch.
  10. I'm also curious about this from others who have tried - I've been on a cycling and yoga kick lately and I like the idea of being able to attend these classes, but I don't want to invest the money up front if they won't ultimately be useful. On the other hand, maybe paying the money up front will force me to actually go! HA!
  11. Odyssey does not have a Vitality Cafe, and I don't recall a designated spot for smoothies.
  12. The check-in date should also be listed on the Royal Caribbean mobile app for your sailing.
  13. One day until you're officially in the single digit countdown!!! What ship and itinerary? 46 days for me with check-in starting tomorrow and 4 Royal Up bids pending!
  14. @Pima1988 Also, don't forget to check in tomorrow!
  15. I'm on your sailing - no bids accepted yet, with 4 placed by me. I'll be sure to report back here!
  16. Navigate to this link and enter your last name and reservation number - https://www.royalcaribbean.com/booked/cruise-room-upgrade What's typically seen as a positive sign that you're likely to win a bid is if: 1) all but one bid is listed as expired 2) that bid is no longer able to be modified
  17. Thanks for the feedback, all! We wound up booking a tour that does a little of everything by way of open top vehicle (Skyride, Drake's Seat, & Magen's Bay), so will report back my findings once we return! I actually realized this is probably the first tour we've booked directly through Royal in several years.
  18. I'm 46 days out with 4 bids placed and I'm already doing this
  19. Part of what I really enjoyed about CK was not only was the food and service fantastic, but it was that we could dress pretty casually and feel comfortable without issue or concern of those around us. Really sold me on it being a major part of value with suites. I wore either an easy sundress or shorts and a nice t shirt with sandals, no issues.
  20. Haha, yep. We'll see how it goes - good luck to you both! I'll be missing a JS this cruise for sure but the 3 night dining package will be nice. Really looking forward to this sailing - only a few more days until check in opens!
  21. I have three bids out going from my OV room on Symphony - Regular OV Balcony, Junior Suite, and CLS. I'd be VERY happy with any of those (I mean, I'd also be perfectly happy in our OV on deck 8 nearby Central Park), but I'm REALLY hoping for that CLS (even with the price tag the upgrade carries - which I still feel is pretty reasonable going from an OV). Absolute dream cruise room - I'd never leave, and eat all meals in Coastal Kitchen.
  22. We grabbed eggs benedict from the MDR before disembarking the ship last time, and then stopped for one last specialty coffee to carry off with us. Definitely a new disembarkation favorite.
  23. +1 virgin Coco Loco's at Coco Cay! Another favorite mocktail of mine is ginger ale with mint and lime - super refreshing! I also tend to drink lots of club soda with lime, or Pellegrino (often stashed and brought back to the room with me) through the day. Also, as has been mentioned, coconut lattes are definitely something I look forward to! Also make sure you take advantage of the fresh squeezed OJ during breakfast hours.
